Wake up to filtered water views enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or enjoy a refreshing dip in the communal outdoor pool. Enjoy a game of tennis or table tennis if you are feeling active or relax and unwind in the indoor spa. Try your hands at the BBQ grill on the patio or opt for a cozy dine-in experience utilising the fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The unit also provides an internal washing machine and dryer, 1 secure parking space plus a further outdoor allocated space, smoke detectors, split system air-conditioner in dining/lounge area and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Located on the first floor with 13 steps to the apartment, this relaxing holiday rental can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in its three fully furnished bedrooms with ceiling fans, spilt air conditioning in the lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort. Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered. A 400 Security Deposit (Pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa. You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service.
