Upon your arrival at our property, you'll discover ample parking just outside. A short walk up a few steps from the parking area will guide you to the front entrance. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, adorned with tasteful decor and captivating artwork throughout the space.

LIVING ROOM:

As you step into the home you will be greeted by an open entry and then a short hallway to the open floor plan living area. The living room provides seating for your entire group on our new sofa, stylish arm chair, and high top table. A large smart TV with Amazon Firestick sits next to the intimate fireplace. Bring your own login and enjoy almost any streaming app!

KITCHEN:

The living room space opens to the updated kitchen with a bar top counter. Three bar stools allow for even more room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware.

Our guests love the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the bar top to partake in a local craft beer and great conversation.

The kitchen also features a sliding door to the balcony. Out on the balcony you'll enjoy seating for four around a dining table - a perfect place to enjoy the crisp mountain air and trees as you dine or enjoy a beverage.

A stackable washer/dryer is tucked in the pantry area and available for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM:

The hall by the front door leads to the master bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom a queen bed sits between twin night stands with reading lights. A four-drawer dresser provides added convenience and touches of home for your trip. A small TV is provided on the dresser - bring your own logins! The bathroom sits across the hall and comes equipped with towels and washcloths.

OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:

Upstairs in the loft area sits a queen bed and another full bathroom. A cute corner workstation/desk sits under the window at the far end of the space. A full size dresser provides added convenience. The full size bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo and large vanity.

SKI LOCKER:

Outside next to the front door, a lockable ski locker is provided for your convenience during ski season. Feel free to store all of your skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets out here!

✔ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home!

✔ Our home has a washer and dryer. Dryer sheets and detergent are available.

✔ We keep a first aid kit in the hall closet for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide comfy linens for each guest.

✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.

✔ Coffee, creamer, sugar are included.

Access to the home is via WiFi smart lock with a unique code provided in your check in information. The entire home is available with the exception of a small locked owners closet.

We are dog friendly and we welcome house trained dogs!
