Located on the extensive Beirão plateau and 45km away from the Serra da Estrela national park, this cozy studio will allow you to have unique and relaxed nights of sleep in a distinctive rural environment. You can easily go to the charming city of Viseu, which is just 25 km away or even Spain (115 km).  
  
This studio, which belongs to an Apart-Hotel, is located in the picturesque village of Caldas da Felgueira (Nelas), a crossing point of route 2 of the famous Dão Wine Routes. The Dão Demarcated Region provides quality and distinct characteristics to wines and is a reference of what is best done in Portugal. Because discovering the vineyards, farms and wineries means listening to stories and getting infinitely richer!  
  
Take this chance to go hiking, enjoy a picnic while beholding the Mondego River or invigorate your body and mind at the Caldas da Felgueira Thermal Spa, located just 50 meters from the Apart-Hotel. At the Spa you will find stunning landscapes and a paradisiacal setting.
