Inside, you will find upscale, brand-new furnishings and luxury bedding throughout the home, a fully stocked kitchen complete with baking essentials, grilling tools, and a curated selection of cookbooks for culinary inspiration. The sunroom is the pinnacle of cabin vibes, ideal for relaxing with a great book or puzzle, playing a fun game, or streaming a movie.  
  
For the cigar enthusiasts, we’ve included a humidor, cutters, matches, and an ashtray artfully presented on a bar cart (for exterior use only). Outdoor seating and expansive deck areas make for perfect hangout spots while enjoying a cold beer in a frosty mug, savoring a cigar, or playing fetch with your fur baby.   
  
Enjoy peekaboo lake views of Lake Sherwood from the large front deck or take a short stroll down the street to reach public lake access – ideal for kayaking, fishing, swimming or just soaking in the serene surroundings. The Town of Rome is home to the Tri-Lakes-Camelot, Sherwood, and Arrowhead, and also borders Lake Petenwell, 2nd largest in WI. After a day on the water, unwind around the unique smokeless fire pit while making s'mores or fire up the gas grill for an evening cookout.   
  
This home is the perfect basecamp for golfers, nature lovers, and adventure seekers. Nearby, you’ll find ATV/UTV, snowmobiling, hiking and biking trails, mini-golf, playground and splash pad, and local music events. The Town of Rome is a hot spot for golfing with 5 world-class courses within 5 miles; Lake Arrowhead has 2 and Sand Valley Resort has 3\. Sand Valley Resort is a four-season destination offering year-round activities and globally inspired dining, so make sure to visit at least one of their 5 dining options.   
  
If sitting still is your desire, then this home will wrap you in warmth with wood beam ceilings, tons of natural light, and endless areas to be comfortable with friends and family, even the furry ones. With side-by-side sliding glass doors and endless windows, you are sure to spot deer on the property. So, whether you’re planning a family vacation, girls’ trip, couples retreat, or golf weekend, you have found the ONE!   
  
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very cute and clean. Perfect getaway for our family. Only ran into one small hiccup.. Previous visitors must have left a container of food in the island of the kitchen. We discovered it and it was really bad and smelly.
