NEW outdoor jacuzzi for guest's use. 3 minute drive to Lake Petenwell beach and fishing spots. Very close to Sand Valley Golf Course. Magnificent Stone floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace! Open staircase with log railing accents, wood flooring and hickory cabinets. Custom made counter tops, dining table and light fixtures. Custom made bar in lower lever. Walk out basement to a nice patio for relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level: master with a king size bed second one with bunk bed also 1 bathroom with a shower. Lower lever has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, futon in the common area, 1 bathroom with a tub/ shower. Upper level has loft with 2 queen size beds. Your private heaven awaits on over 4 acres! Your family will enjoy private recreational small pond with lighted fountain and string light throughout the backyard, fire pit with table and chairs and built in smoker as well as gas grill. Your kids will love Zip line and slide with trampoline, play sand area. Walking trails in the woods throughout the property. ATV/UTV, Snowmobile riding right from the property,there are hundreds of miles of state founded well groomed trails in the area. House is located 3-5 minutes drive from the second largest Wisconsin lake, it’s beach and marina with boat launch called “Barnum Bay Marina” and “Lure Bar and Grill.” The cabin sleeps 10\. Pack and play is located in the master bedroom. A washer/dryer machine can be found in the basement. Hair dryer can be in the drawer found under the sink in the main level bath. Found in the Kitchen: plates, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, bowls, KEURIG machine, toaster, electric kettle, smoothie maker. WIFI ENABLED, Smart TV (in living room)\* There is a Smart TV in the master bedroom and lower level bar area. Towels, hand towels, and wash rags for your stay can be found in the bathroom on main level. Please do not use indoor blankets, pillows, or towels outdoors. Outdoor space: Please feel free to have a campfire while staying, we are in abundance of dry wood around the property or feel free to buy the cutter wood locally. Please do not cut down trees. \-Please no fireworks on the property. \-Please do not fish in the pond, nor put any fish into the pond \-The pond is very deep-8 feet at the deepest. My son and I have been fishing up at Petenwell for many years and just finished a long weekend doing the same at your place. Plenty of room for pulling my boat and trailer in and out of the property and nicely finished kitchen and cooking utensils not to mention the well kept condition of your home. Usually we have to think ahead and plan activities for our kids, but this beautiful sanctuary of a space provided us with everything we could possibly need. From the slide and sandy hill, to the pond, zip line and tire swing, our kids were constantly occupied! We also enjoyed the Koi fish and the HUGE frogs! Not only was it perfect for our family getaway, it was a very well maintained cabin that you could tell was very well taken care of. 100/10 recommend :) ##### Alexine L. We played outdoors with all of the fun provided while we could. The new pavilion roof over the hot tub was fantastic so we used it frequently in the snow/rain (only complaint was the low water level in the hot tub). The natural wood fireplace was so cozy, well appointed kitchen, and the kids loved the bunks and games. Generous host with accommodating details for our stay, very pleased. Note: we did not fell as though the area had a ton of things to do in the spring, plan accordingly for local adventures. ##### Tracy J.
