The property was clean and nicely kept. The staff was good and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that water took a long time to get hot when showering.

A great week in Negril
We stayed in The Oasis Resort for a week, the room was clean and comfortable, with a good AC and TV. The Resort has a big pool and a hot water hydromassage pool, a good bar-restaurant and the staff was kind and always willing to help us. Even though the resort is not near Seven Miles Beach it was not a problem at all, there is a shuttle service to get to the beach but in our case we decided to rent a car for the week and visited many wonderful places in Negril. We really enjoyed our stay in Negril and we absolutely recommend The Oasis Resort!

Kahari was the consultant the week i stayed. He made sure anything i needed was taken care of from food to any small detail i needed to make my stay comfortable,he was aware and visible and very hands on. Demoy is an excellent bartender who is very patient and quick with service.he works so hard and its so appreciated.people like him should get a bonus check from management for their work ethic alone...there was a day when my room wasnt cleaned but i made sure management knew right away.my friend’s room wasnt cleaned one day either so i assume they were short staffed.still no excuse. Taxis are not readily available so you either have to walk to the main road which is about 5 min (no street lights) For $1.30jmd, or use the taxi service provided by the hotel which van be $15usd a ride...free shuttle is only for hotel pickup at 10am and pickup from the beach at 4pm daily.if you need a ride anytime before,during,or after these times,the cost is extra depending on where you are going. The hotel resort and rooms are so up to date and gorgeous.i got the perfect rate and would definitely return. Management is comforting and kind as well.theres a farm with many veggies used in the kitchen for Cooking and they even have aloe vera plants.lunch is $5 and the food is top notch and vegan friendly. Drinks are made exceptionally and breakfast is free for the first meal choice per person,and anything you desire from the breakfast menu after the first meal is chargeable. Ricks cafe is 3m away

A Resort, a Vision, and the people to make it work
The check-in staff was more than accommodating when we learned we had made an error in our reservation. Abigail immediately set out to correct our reservation and get the right sized room set up. Renicia was extremely gracious in seating us in the restaurant and serving dinner while we waited for our room, and Andy made us feel like old friends. Nadine, the General Manager did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, including making extra arrangements with a driver for us. We enjoyed getting to know her and about her vision for The Oasis Resort during a lovely late evening conversation after her workday. We love the fact that Oasis has land attached which they call The Farm, on which they grow organic vegetables and fruits used in their kitchen, and have installed an extensive solar system that supports the resort. They also have solar hot water systems atop each of their buildings! We’re impressed with the renovation made in 2017: the reception, pool and dining areas are beautiful, and like the rooms, so clean and obviously well cared for. We’re excited to see the progress toward the vision Nadine shared with us next time we come!

The welcome at our arrival, the employees at the bar and even the guys that was cleaning the yard were nice the manager wasn't too bad only one little mistake favourise a white couple whom were spendind there honeymoon there by offering them to take their picture my wife and I were there and we didn't get this offer

Staff were great, menu is not much for us people who dont eat the local cuisine and what they offer was good, just minimal... i stayed 4 days... on checkout... very upsetting... charge you for room charges but no invoice... they need to create it.. I had no time to wait, so let them know ahead of time!! Nice place, no beach but didnt care.m nice pool..

Very beautiful property, definitely matches it’s pictures. Some staff went above and beyond, the bartender/waiter Demoi and manager Kahari were the two who catered to the guest every needs. The only downside was no consistent wifi in the rooms especially with the rooms closer to the farm, please add more wifi boosters on the property.

The food was great. The bartender and waitress at night were very good. We needed a taxi to go to the board beach. The manager called a taxi that she said we could trust we didn’t have change to tip the guy and we give him $20 to change to give him $5 tips he never brought our chance. I called the manager to tell her what happened and the taxi guy claimed that we never give him the $20 to change. The manager told us to not worried that she will take care of that but she never did anything. My advice bring a lot of change dollars to tip.

The cost for taxi to the beach outside of our scheduled free shuttle service is $10 per person, which you were charged. Our Service Providers are certified with our local tourist board and are usually reliable and trustworthy. I indeed spoke with the driver immediately and made attempt to meet with you to clarify situation, however we missed you and you departed early the next day. I do regret we were not able to meet to resolve situation.

The honey room suite was new & perfect! Close to everything Pool Kitchen and main entrance! Grounds were kept IMMACULATE & so was our room! Always a DJ by the bar :)

The hotel was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was confusion with the original booking offered as all-inclusive on Expedia, but recently changed by the hotel. Additionally, a shuttle service was offered to drop-off and pick-up at the beach, but after waiting for the driver for over 30min. we took a taxi. Not sure if I will return.

I was enjoying my stay and the staff were friendly. Shout out to O'neil who helped us with taxi's and excursions daily and Abigail (They were great). The downside to this hotel was that the wifi did not work in our room and we had to go to the pool or lobby.You also cannot have guest and i feel that should be advertised prior to booking. My friend and I brought  locals to hangout and was told that we would have to pay extra for both of them. I have never in my life experienced anything like that. It was awkward ,uncomfortable and made me feel like I was being watched and our guest were forced to leave.

The property met and exceeded my expectations. It is perfect for a couples get away but not very family oriented as there is not much to do. However, the pictures are on point and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast needs to be a bit better though and it is a bit over priced so it is better to order out.

Did not have ingredients for drinks or different wines, could not make them properly and made stuff up to put in at times, waited long hours for food, room phone didn't work,tv had few channels, shower leaked flooding floor, no room service with all inclusive deal, beach shuttles only went at certain times, pool water not too clean, had meal times, not eating whenever with snacks included, as advertised and usual resorts, and our second room key never worked. Other than that, the Honeymoon suite was pretty, nice deep tub, but after my confirmation of booking all inclusive, I was informed I had to pay a lot more to get this!! Imagine the dissappointments and money spent for something wonderful that turned out to be much less!! We got the Honeymoon suite, which was beautiful, until we found the problems, things lacking.....

As mentioned to you in previous conversations prior your arrival, we are a Bed and Breakfast resort. All meals are served to order, therefore there is a wait time for meals to be prepared and served. Room service is available at an additional cost. As in most restaurants, we also have specific dining hours which gives each guest an opportunity to dine comfortably. We do not provide our advertise snacks. The beach shuttle runs on a scheduled time to facilitate all guests. We are happy that you did find the honeymoon suite pretty and the tub nice. We hoped you had expressed your concerns to us while here giving us an opportunity to resolve the issues you raised. However, we value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our service and can assure you that this is not the norm.

From check in to check out the staff were amazing. They can’t do enough for you. Towels are provided for by the pool, the rooms were cleaned regularly. Pool side furniture was a little bit shabby in some places, but did not spoil the overall experience. Beautiful gardens and clean pool. The only thing I would change is the option to use the $8-10 prepaid for breakfast on different items rather than a fruit plate / contents breakfast each morning. Lovely quiet hotel. Would stay there again.

The room was comfortable.... I had two issues.. 1) the toilet had a yellow stain 2) they didn’t clean my room... they claimed I left with the key so they couldn’t access it... I think that’s dumb!

The property is spotless. The waterfall along with the hot tub flowing into the pool is unique and beautiful. The property is very well groomed and beautiful. I would say the garden of Eden. (peaceful and quiet, but yet if there is lots of guests you still get your privacy. Upon arrival I received the most amazing authentic Jamaican welcome. The front desk staff was great. The house keeper was so attentive to my needs. The wonderful servers at the restaurant and bar was amazing. Please have my lady at the bar/kitchen make you some SALT FISH FRITTERS, you will not stop eating them the whole time you are there. I do believe she is a chef. Many Thanks to All. See you soon.

Cute room but needs a bit more cleaning
The hotel was nice, staff were super friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. I dropped an earring and it fell behind the bed and when I went to get it I noticed spider webs galore behind the bed as if it wasn’t cleaned in a while. That was a bit gross. The price was a bit costly for the location in my opinion but overall it was a nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay

I thought the property was very nice. The villas were perfect for me and my sons so it was nice.The staff was very nice and friendly. If you want to be secluded from the world for a week, this is your place. There were literally times when we were the only one in the resort. If you are looking for an up all night party place this is not it but you are close to nightlife if you want to go out. We would have liked more food options. I also paid for a birthday cake and champagne for the room and only got a cake and $80 was a bit much for just a cake and banner. The bartenders,wait staff, entertainment director, and housekeeping staff were all amazing. My only hiccups were with the front desk and them not including the champagne and trying to bait and switch on an excursion I asked them to book. Negril itself is a great place to go.
