The view was amazing along with the over ambiance of the property. But somw areas could have used some tlc. The room was ok but ac was not working properly along with the main lights and the very outdated tv was not functional. The package included continental breakfast but we did not receive any

WOW, just WOW! This place is amazing. We wanted to take a break from Kingston and check out the West End in Negril but didn't want to spend too much money and tripped across Ocean & Sun on Expedia and am SOOO happy we did. We had such an amazing time, we went back the next weekend with friends :) They are going above and beyond to rebrand this amazing piece of property and are working hard to get it ready for tourist season and are very eager to please. There is painting and work going on around you but you wouldn't know it. Even if you don't stay, come for dinner. HAVE THE SNAPPER. Every way was fabulous - roast, steam, escovitch.. Bless up Fausto, Mr. Shaw and the entire team. Will be back at Christmas time and are looking forward to seeing the progress! One love :)

I rode around for approximately forty-five minutes looking for Ocean & Sun Negril Hotel & Spa which doesn't exist. The name is Negril Escape which was a night mere. Upon checking into the room the door wasn't secure and I requested another room re: saftey. The response from Mr. Foster was "It's very safe here you don't have to worry". He further stated " this room has the best air conditioning and this is where they put you". I asked where was the refrigerator and Foster stated "I will look about it". The refrigerator arrived 24hourss laidicussd byrturned with a gentleman who repaired the latch on the door. While Foster was there for the repair numerous red ants started crawling around. Mr. Foser left and returned with a vape spay for the red ants along with a plug in device. He also brought a hot spot that was inoperable. Neither the vape spay nor the plug in device took care of the red ants. I was up til appropriately 3:00 a.m killing the red ants. The internet only worked the first night. I only had hot water once. Mr.Allan claims there was a problem with a pipe on Thursday and the house keeper turned the on fossets and didn't turn them back off so when I returned to the room on Thursday evening there was a flood and host of red ants, that I had to stayed up half the night killing.Unfortunately I was bitten in several areas by the ants and I reported the matter was a leak at the entrance of the bathroom door which went without repair for the entire say.
