Another great stay at Coco la palm . everything and everyone there was great . However the price of food and drink were off the chart high . I know prices have risen but these prices are a bit steep and off putting . We will still return but will probably eat at other locations because of these inflated prices .

It's a beautiful property with lots of trees and small roads along the white sand beach. Staff were very friendly. It's also an absolute pleasure to have breakfast by the beach. Not easy to find other restaurants nearby other than it's own restaurant. There is also limited things to do or see within a walking distance. But they do offer all kinds of tours.

1. What we liked: The bedrooms are very nice, beds comfortable. Very clean. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and delicious. The staff was very friendly, willing to assist with our requests. The beach facilities are plentiful and clean. 2. What we didn't like: the cats that are all over the property. Two of us are allergic to cats. My father is an asthmatic. The cats occupied the patio areas, we were not able to use it. The bathrooms are very dated and needs upgrading. Despite our dislikes, we will still return to this hotel.

The property is very clean, the rooms were nice and spacious. We had the superior the first night with a nice patio and the next 8 we had a standard king. The beach was right outside the door. No balcony or patio but there is no bad locations we could see. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Plenty of options on where to lounge about or go for a walk to Margaritaville or hang at the beachside bars. We would recommend this property.

I paid $209 CAD for a four star all-inclusive stay at CocoLaPalm, Negril, Jamaica, check-in April 10, check-out April 11. I was "expecting" buffet included for all the meals.The front-desk wasn't nice to me about this, and I had to clarify with him that I paid $209 for an all-inclusive. Only my breakfest entree was included. I was sad. I rate cleanliness 5/5; staff & service 2/5; property condition & facilities 4/5; area around the property 4/5. Overall,I rate 3/5 because of the misleading all-inclusive advertisement and the front-desk.

This was our second stay at CocoLaPalm. We originally stayed as a couple in April, 2023 and had a wonderful vacation. The property is well managed and clean. Staff are absolutely incredible. When my husband asked about having a special dessert (Toto!) prepared for my birthday, they arranged to make it happen on site. We return for our second stay this year in March, 2024, bringing our 7 and 5 year old children along. We were a little apprehensive about doing so as we did not want to ruin the chill vibe for others on the beach but the kids were welcomed with open arms and they loved CocoLaPalm. Prior to our most recent visit, my daughter had a serious medical concern which required some accommodation to our room assignment. I reached out to the reception who were responsive and professional in managing the request. Upon arrival, everything had been arranged to ensure that her medical needs were respected. We absolutely love this gem of a place. It is much more than a hotel, it is a place to make memories and the people are simply outstanding. Many thanks to everyone who made our vacation outstanding! See you all next year!

Beautiful beach front property. Staff was great except during check in as there was an issue that eventually got taken care of but the front desk staff (Hixror) was a bit pushy and didn’t really exhibit proper customer service. But over all great place that was our 5 time there and that mishap will not deter us from going back.

This property is centrally located on 7 mile beach with many options up the beach for bars and grills. The staff at Coco's are friendly, with fantastic drink and food options at both restaurants on the property. The grounds are clean with a beautiful beach and pool areas.

I have been to Jamaica 5 times and normally we would stay at a BIG all inclusive resort but for some reason I saw this place and decided to give it a chance. From now on and starting with this upcoming fall, we will be staying at the Coco la palm. This rual enchanted cottage right on the beach was everything we had hope for. From the bar and grill to the breakfast and evening dining was nothing short of spectacular. Every single worker at this establishment, were some of the kindest and polite people I’ve ever met. Special recognition to all the maintenance workers, all the servers, From the front desk to the life guards, I felt more comfortable here than I do at home.

This is a wonderful spot in Negril. The location on the beach is fantastic. Right in the middle of the best strip of the beach. The property is small and quaint. The garden paths are lush and beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds are well staffed and maintained. Good value breakfast included. Paddle boards available for free for guests which was a plus. Lots of beach chairs under the shade of some beautiful big trees. Great value for the price point all around.

Some of the staff weren’t very friendly but overall had a nice time. The bugs on the beach were nasty and I came home with legs full of bites. Some warnings about the types of biting bugs and how to prevent behind eaten alive would have been nice.

Coco is always our go to. There are lots of repeat customers which makes it busy at times. For first timers, it can be a luttle confusing in figuring out the beach chairs and towels and the whole beach vibe. I would suggest to Coco is upon checkin, they explain a little more of where things are and how things work on the beach.
