We're sorry we were unable to accommodate your needs, however we do serve a large variety of guests and had all of our 8 oversize and trailer spaces occupied, and had offered any of the overflow spaces we had available that are under surveillance. Our standard parking and oversize parking is free but is subject to availability. When we are fully sold out and multiple large vehicles are here we have parking in and around our parking lot under surveillance with 24 hour staff for your safety. We hope the rest of your trip was safe and enjoyable.

If there are any issues with a room at check in, we are sorry we were not made aware of it, as we have 24 hour staff to address any issues you may encounter. It is also unfortunate your stay happened to be during rare times when we have high humidity after monsoon storms, and our notes about bees being around the pool are just a general notice as there are commercial pollination efforts going on at nearby orchards. We did not notice anything about your comment with the peep hole on the door however, and have instructed our maintenance to inspect the rest of our rooms as guests check out. We hope the remainder of your trip is safe and productive, and that you might consider giving us another try to see what our normal standard of service is like.

Our fitness center does have a minimum age requirement for safety concerns so we are sorry if this caused an inconvenience. We did have our sauna and hot tub room closed as we had to store our pool furniture there in preparation for severe monsoon weather and an incoming hurricane. We had only left our pool open while the weather still allowed, but the high winds would frequently add debris throughout the day. We have addressed the issues you mentioned with our housekeeping staff to ensure that we maintain our normally high standard of cleanliness. We hope you consider giving us another try should Needles be along your way, and hope that you had a safe remainder of your trip.

Due to the weekend storms and subsequent hurricane, we had much higher occupancy than normal, and our oversized parking was full, leaving the only available parking for trailers and boats being in front of our property. We still have video monitoring of the area and have maintained an excellent track record in terms of having no incidents involving vehicles on our property.
