Relax on the plush sofa, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, listen to records, try your hand at a selection of board games, take a dip in the cold plunge followed by a soak in the hot tub, or simply unwind with a good book in hand. Enjoy the thoughtfully designed new shed area with bar and loft net with a classic Nintendo 64 complete with all the fun Mario games for hours of entertainment. Two fully equipped kitchens are a culinary haven for food enthusiasts. Whip up delicious meals using top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and a wide range of cookware. Enjoy your creations at the large dining table, which provides a cozy setting for intimate meals or lively conversations with your loved ones. An old school Coke machine and an espresso machine will keep you hydrated and caffeinated during your stay. After a day of exploring the Nederland area, retreat to the comfort of the well-appointed bedrooms. Sink into the luxurious bedding and let the worries of the day fade away. For outdoor enthusiasts, a range of activities awaits you nearby. Embark on a hiking adventure in the nearby Indian Peaks Wilderness, ski or snowboard the slopes of Eldora Mountain (10 minute drive away), or take a leisurely stroll around the lake. There's something for everyone, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all. At the end of the day, unwind on the private balcony, in the hot tub, or by the fire, where you can savor a glass of wine while enjoying beautiful mountain sunset views. I strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I am always a text or phone call away to assist you with any queries or recommendations to ensure that your stay exceeds all expectations. Parking is available at the bottom of the unit off Peak to Peak Highway and also at the top off of Pine Street. Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a $50 fee. Just ask the question and I’ll see what I can do pending other guests. Up to 2 Dogs may be allowed so long as they are well behaved and crated while guests are out of the house. If you double up on the beds, it sleeps 10\. We loved the retro/mountain vibe, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities, and the game room and hot tub were a huge hit! Nick was very responsive to any of our messages.The listing is a bit deceving though - it shows photos of a bedroom/loft that are part of the downstairs unit, which is not part of the rental. I think that's important to know, but otherwise we would definitely stay again. ##### Sarah B. It’s kinda like a big studio apartment, but really decorated nicely. It slept 5 comfortably and the kids loved the loft. All of us took advantage of the on-site sauna and hot tub after skiing. The TV is huge and there is another out on the patio. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Nederland. The host is super responsive to questions.
