Perched above the charming town of Nederland, CO, and overlooking Barker Reservoir, in the exclusive Big Springs neighborhood, this charming mtn home captures mesmerizing snowcapped unobstructed views of the Continental Divide Mtns. A convenient way to experience mtn living in a quaint town above Boulder. Close to town, or just a few miles to hit the ski slopes at Eldora or explore public land trails, several local lakes, and a plethora of other outdoor recreational activities.
