Check in was easy and through a kiosk with someone on camera. Room was cute and clean. Traffic was a little loud but we also had a room that was close to the street. Parking is a little tight but would not prevent me from booking again. Lots of food places around and easy access to freeway.

I really enjoyed the room and the view. I got to use the gym was very nice and fully equipped. I ordered room service breakfast ok the second day and the food was not only delicious but still hot when it arrived

A clean professional hotel. The down side is that it is very expensive and whilst the staff are very professional, they could not be described as warm and friendly. But maybe that could be said for New York service generally.

", I have stayed there in the past and was OK. New ownership has not updated and is looking rundown. All the bedding was extremely smelly. With way too much detergent. Smell in the bedding website says Coffey available 24 seven, that’s a Keurig machine."
