The room we initially checked into had a broke door that could be opened by simply pushing the door. But Sky , the woman working the front desk immediately switched our rooms and all was fine! Great customer service by the way!

This hotel really needs to be updated. It is very old. Wow it is trying to compete and charging up-to-date pricing. The pool was nice, but in every other aspect of the hotel, it is very antiquated. Enjoyed the stay. Staff was accommodating to our late check-in. We had put out arrival was to be at 130am we ran into traffic, we didn’t arrive till 3am. The gentleman checking us in was so nice and friendly. The checkout staff in the morning were very nice as well. I will stay here again!!!!
