Incredible
"This was way better than even expected. Incredible hotel, service, food and amenities. We stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary and they made it extra special for us.
Pros:
- Incredible theming throughout.
- Incredible food at the BLOC restaurant.
- Incredible SPA.
- Incredible Breakfast.
- Incredible Room.
- Incredible Staff.
- Incredible Service.
Cons:
- Bed was rather hard
- No Air Con in room and rather warm
Other:
- The hotel is located in the middle of a new build housing estate but it's truly like an oasis and once your inside you won't even care nor notice that fact.
We will be coming back, it was one of the best mini-breaks we have had.

"The room was lovely, very spacious with all the amenities you could need. Coffee machine and kettle with complimentary water and choice of hot drinks. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the cupboard
Robes were an added bonus too.
We arrived a bit early but the friendly and welcoming reception staff checked us in straight away. We did have a issue with our key card upon getting to our room but this was rectified immediately when we went back to reception.
