Located 12 minutes from the Akron Canton Airport and close to Portage Lakes. You are a short drive from waterfront dining, The Pro Football Hall of Fame, Blossom Music Concert hall, Turkeyfoot Lake Golf Course, the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Towpath Trail, and downtown Akron. Take a short walk to Nimisila Reservoir and paddle your cares away, then grab a slice of Guiseppe\`s famous pizza!  
  
Tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood on a quiet isolated street, this side by side 3 bedroom (4 bed) is well suited for families and entertaining. Central location makes it easy to access amenities and explore all Akron, and Northeast Ohio has to offer. You are renting the entire side of this duplex.
