One hour from Lisbon this 'Luxury Nazare Villa' is everything you could dream of for your perfect family holiday. Its ultra-modern architecture, private swimming pool and interior design is worthy of a magazine shoot. These luxuries are just the beginning of the many surprises that this extraordinary villa has in store for you.  
  
Sleeps 1-8 persons with luxury beds, air con, full kitchen, outside dining, dedicated office space, wifi and air con throughout. This luxury and elegant villa is 10 minutes from the local beach and the world famous 'Praia do Norte' with its giant white breaking waves attracting surfers from all over the world.  
  
The space  
FLOOR 0: ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY  
  
LIVING / DINING ROOM/KITCHEN/ OFFICE / BEDROOM 1 & TERRACE  
  
Living room: The living area consists of a huge sofa, 2 x armchairs, aircon, a smart TV and a spacious dining table for 8 people. This bright and welcoming area has direct access to the terrace at the front of the house.  
  
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with seating for 8. It is equipped with a fridge and freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Delta Q coffee machine. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool and bbq area at the back of the house.  
  
Office: A quiet WFH zone with exceptional wifi and 2 comfortable desks.  
  
Bedroom 1:  
This room has two single beds with two bedside tables with lamps, a large table, a built-in closet and aircon. Linens and towels included. It opens up onto a private terrace.  
Bathroom:  
The bathroom is ensuite with a shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet.  
  
Terrace/Outdoor area:  
Definitely the villa's highlight. It has a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower/toilet. A huge outdoor dining table for 8 people and 4 sun loungers. To complement this, there is also a barbecue with a sink.

FLOOR 1: ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS  
  
Bedroom 2: This room offers a queen bed with adjustable frames and guests can change the angle and/or height of the mattress for customized comfort and support. Two bedside tables with lamps, a built-in closet, a chest of drawers, air con and a smart TV. Linens and towels included.  
  
Bathroom: The bathroom is next to bedroom 2 and consists of a washbasin with mirror and storage, a toilet, a bidet, a shower, a bathtub, a towel warmer and a hairdryer.  
  
  
Bedroom 3: This room offers a queen bed with adjustable frames and guests can change the angle and/or height of the mattress for customized comfort and support. Two bedside tables with lamps, a built-in closet, a chest of drawers, air con and a smart TV. Linens and towels included. A private balcony overlooks the front of the villa. Bathroom:  
The bathroom is ensuite with a shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet.
