The apartment and the building are modern, high tech, all up to date. Everything worked beautifully, the place is very quiet. Great location to walk to the beach, the funicular, restaurants. The apartment was tight across the Tourist Info, yet the woman at the info office sent us the wrong way. A large patio would have been nice, but a construction right in ftont of it was active and noisy. So the patio was not enjoyable. When the construction is complete, all will change. Ungortunately, the new building blocks the view of anything. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable and we loved the terrace. From the moment we were greeted, to our own private parking garage for hotel customers and expecting more than we thought in the apartment, it exceeded our expectations for our nights stay. Also, I went out to have breakfast with my little one and I got back at 11:10 since she is a slow eater, they had already locked my door and had an attitude about me picking up my bags at that time when check.
