We found the local convenient and the front desk helpful. Great grocery store and bakery next door. Nice pool and deck. Our room was nice however the beds were very hard and even though it came with a kitchenette there was no plates, utensils, etc.

A great hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, able to help with whatever questions you might have. The hotel itself has nice rooms, a great pool with bar and is in a perfect location as the bus stop is about 50 yards up the road, making it super easy to get around the island. There’s also the open cinema within 100 yards, which has a good place to eat right next door. We loved our stay!

Very average property. Highlight is the staff at reception that are very friendly and helpful. Downside is the property condition and cleaning of the room. Floor was dirty on arrival. Also we had a room for four people, but there were no furniture to place our luggage on, they had to remain on the floor. Very small wardrobe in the room, no drawers. No counter space in the bathroom. The cleaning team missed a day of cleaning. The next days they kept giving us 2 towels although we had a quadruple room with 4 people. The grounds are no very well maintained, there is a fountain area with no water. Pool is ok. To American standards, this would compare to an « ok » Motel, nothing more.

Everything was great, a bit of a walk into Mykonos & the kettle didn't work correctly but minor concerns: pool, room and only 10mts. into village with adecent facilities, along with free pick up & drop off made it a decent stay.

t was ok overall, but I had a couple of issues that stood out. There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket or coverlet at all. Also, the wi-fi wasn’t working once I’d get to my room... I was told that that’s the way it is on the islands, and that it pretty much only worked in the lobby. An a more positive note, breakfast was AMAZING and the pool was beautiful.

I think this is what camping is like
Where do I start... don’t get me wrong, the room was clean, the Air con worked and we had to tune the TV, but at least it was there and worked. Wifi - 1st room had no Wifi, even though they say they do. Changed rooms on day 2. Room 2 had connection available, but could not connect, as they have 80 rooms on one network. If you need wifi in your room, do not stay here. I had to use roaming Noise - You can hear all the noises from the other rooms. In the room that we changed to on day 2, there was also some gurgling noise that went on all night for the rest of our stay. Could not hear it above all the other noises in the day, but was annoying at night. Water - they do not tell you this on the website, but I check in, they let you know that the water in the rooms (tap/shower) is not potable, so do not drink it, or brush your teeth with it. Toilet paper - might as well be cardboard. Also, another thing they say at check in - don’t flush the toilet paper down the toilet, use the disgusting bin adjacent to the toilet. Are we still in the dark ages? Breakfast - orange juice? Tasted like powdered sherbet mixed with water. On a good note however, the tomatoes were very nice, and the boiled eggs and local “xinotiri” were good also. Pool is good Fridge in the room works, so go next door to the SPAR supermarket and stock up on a few things, and enjoy your stay. SPAR also sell coffee until 3pm, so get you freddo cappuccino from there for €1,50 and have a great start to the day

Great place for family vacation
Nice hotel, walking distance to port, restaurants and other businesses which was great. Beaches in close driving distances as well. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Would definitely go there again.

We stayed at Naxos holidays at the peak of the season. The pool and the hotel are super nice and located in a fairly good area (10 minute walk to the center) but the beds are aweful. I though perhaps I just had a bad bed but tried my sons and daughters and were just as bad. If they upgrade the mattresses and add just a little bit of style to the rooms it would be a much better place.

Far from Town
If you book hotels based on their location according to Google, you are in for a huge disappointment. This hotel is NOT in Town. In fact it is a good 20-30 minute walk from Town. And it is not easy to find. Definitely arrange a pick up in advance or take a taxi. Hotel staff were super lovely and helpful. The room was alright, in need of some TLC. Same with the bathroom. Our shower head wasn't working on the first day. Room and bathroom moderately clean. Some variety for breakfast.. The best thing about the hotel was a lovely, fairly big, pool which was well maintained.

Nicholas on the main desk was great, really helpful & enthusiastic. The pool is big and the hotel in a great location with an easy 5 min walk to the beach & 10 to the main bars/shops & restaurants. The rest of the hotel is a bit tired. Many of the umbrellas by the pool were broken, one if the swing chairs by the pool was broken & the canopy completely shredded in places. There was also another pool / water feature which was empty so just looked like a blue dip in the concrete. Wifi not good & couldn't connect in our room & communal toilets lacked attention - no locks on doors etc.

Vi förväntade oss mer
Vi bokade ett rum för tre. Förutom antalet sängar verkar rummet vara anpassat för två, exempelvis litet, två glas och två stolar på terrassen. Rummet luktade också unket och hade fuktlukt. Sängarna var inte direkt skönt och det var svårt att sova då hotellet ligger bredvid en hårt trafikerad väg. Vi fick rum mot vägen så trafiken kanske hörs mindre om man får rum på andra sidan av receptionen. Poolområdet var stort och såg vid första anblick fräscht ut men det ändrades snabbt med fågelbajs, stora hårtussar och papper som flöt runt emellanåt. Väldigt snålt med skugga och endast två parasoller. Vi reste med vår två-åring så för oss var skugga viktigt. Plus att hotellet ligger vid en stor och välsorterad supermarket. Nackdelen däremot är att poolen ligger sida vid sida med butikens sopsortering vilket kändes på lukten när vi var vid poolen. Frukosten var okej men inte mer. Det fanns det man kan förvänta sig så som juice, dåligt kaffe, te, bröd och pålägg. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen som gav tips på utflykter de dagarna vi hade hyrt bil. Sammanfattningsvis förväntade vi oss mer av Naxos Holidays.

Bon séjour naxos holidays , hôtel très bien aménagé et confortable, juste un peu trop éloigné du centre ville et dans un quartier pas extraordinaire. Personnel très serviable, et pdj correct .

Le top, vraiment si vous passer a naxos cette hôtel est idéal. Un accueil irréprochable,d une gentillesse et a l ecoute. les chambres, la piscine sont spacieuses propre. A 500m de la plage et 10mn a pieds du port. Nous avons fait 4 hotels en Grèce et celui ci est le best

Väldigt besviken, då hotellet inte ens erbjöd vad som lovats på förhand. Icke fungerande Wifi, eventuellt att man kunde få det att hjälpligt fungera vid poolen/recepetionen. I beskrivningen utlovades två pooler, endast en var i bruk. Man lovade också en restaurang på hotellområdet, men någon sådan fanns inte. I övrigt var sängarna väldigt obekväma, ac:en högljudd och rummet i allmänt dåligt skick. Sammantaget en ganska tråkig upplevelse.

God belligenhed.
God beligenhed tæt på supermarked og god informativ receptionist. 5min. Til ok strand.10min. Gåafstand til byen. Rigtig god morgenmad ! Men gennerel dårlige kaffe også i baren. Desværre ikke meget skygge ved en ellers god pool. Hvis der rejses med større børn , ønsk da 2rums værelse over reception.

La chambre quadruple est très petite pour 4 personnes (1 lit double + lits superposés) et bénéficie d'un petit coin cuisine. La salle de bain est refaite. La chambre bénéficie d'un petit balcon. L'hôtel est très agréable avec sa grande piscine et le personnel serviable dont une personne francophone à la réception. L'hôtel est situé à côté d'un grand supermarché, d'un loueur de voiture (35€ la journée) et d'un très bon restaurant de grillades que je recommande. L'accès à la plage et au centre se fait rapidement à pied. Les points forts de cet établissement restent le très bon rapport qualité/prix (le petit déjeuner gratuit sous forme de buffet est copieux), la très grande piscine. L'hôtel ne propose pas le transfert depuis le port, il faut compter 10€ pour prendre le taxi. Je recommande cet établissement malgré la petite surface de la chambre quadruple.

Vi hadde et fint opphold,på tross av liten plass i firemannsrom. Grei men litt lite spennende frokost. Vaske personal og bartender, veldig hyggelig og imøtekomme.
