The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. My husband and I have stayed in other units at Sunset Harbor owned by private individuals and have never had a cleanliness issue. We decided to find other lodging arrangements at a nearby hotel which was inconvenient due to having limited time with family for the holiday. Its a nice little place Two things immediately struck us one the elevator is slow with zero ventilation. We ended up taking the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe. When we arrived to the condo as soon as we opened the door the condo has a dirty musty smell to it. As soon as we walked in we noticed a blood spot on the side of of the bed. Neighbors were friendly. Check in was easy, very responsive management team. The only issues were 1) not very clean; some of the dishes were dirty and the coverlet on the bed was dirty - very glad to have a washer & dryer! 2) the bed and the couch were not very comfortable.
