This recently renovated condo boasts all new paint, appliances and furniture. This one is a beauty! Decorated in a teal blue, as soon as you walk in the door this condo is guaranteed to make you feel right at home at the beach! Surfside is a 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo located in Beach Colony Resort on the 5th floor of the East tower on Navarre Beach. This unit has a newly installed air purifier in the unit. The air purifier cleans the air of allergens, germs and viruses. This is great for those will bad allergies. Surfside is a condo that has it all! As soon as you step inside, you will feel like that vacation has just started. This condo has an open floor plan where you can be in the kitchen cooking yet still able to see and talk to your family from the living room. Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, big pantry, and even your very own personal wine cooler next to the refrigerator. Sit at your kitchen table eating while looking out at your views of the sound. Surfside has a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. You will enjoy those beautiful sunsets from your big gulf front balcony off the living room, complete with a table and chairs. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail outside overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This condo sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom is the perfect oasis with a king bed, private master bath including both a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Enjoy the Gulf front balcony from your master bedroom. There are two guest bedrooms in this condo. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, complete with a private balcony with sound side views, and the second guest bedroom includes two queen beds, as well as another private balcony with views of the soundside. Ceiling fans and flat screen televisions are in each bedroom. Surfside features a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a third bathroom with a walk-in shower. This Beach Colony Resort has tropical landscaping, and offers an ocean front outdoor swimming pool, as well as charcoal BBQ grills for guests. There is also a fitness center and tennis courts. Beach Colony Resort is located directly on Navarre Beach and provides private beach access reserved for guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available to rent! This resort provides covered parking and is within walking distance to the Navarre Beach fishing pier, restaurants and bars as well. Again, this condo has it all! SEA you at Surfside! Surfside requires at Saturday to Saturday stay during peak season (6/1 - 7/31). \*\*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. No sand on the floors at all. It was however more suitable for adults / older children. There are moving glass tops on the side tables that we removed with our young children running around. The furniture was comfortable and decor was so cute. I will add that during our stay the jets in the jacuzzi tub did not work or we couldn’t figure them out. The light switch situation is a bit confusing as well. But tons of dishes and even Tupperware. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen. No complaints at all!! :) ##### Shelby C. Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jeff D. 26 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Unit is recently renovated so it’s clean overall though I did see some mold in the shower floor. There are 2 things I have issue with. First issue is parking for oversized vehicle. We have a cargo carrier on top and could not fit the parking garage. There are few spots reserved for cars taller than 7.1ft and there are signs that says cars will be towed if not over 7.1 ft but there was no enforcement so small cars just parked there and we could not find parking spot for 2 days. I had to call property management and hoa contact and told them the issue with parking. They finally sent someone to check and it’s better after that. The 2nd issue I had was the view of balcony. The unit we booked had a partial gulf view not the 180 degree view posted online when we reserved. It’s misleading advertisement. ##### Jeff D.
