DVD player didn’t work, it was replaced in a timely manner. Coffee pot wasn’t matched properly, was replaced in timely manner. Some old water damage in places around the inside. Patio chairs were rusted & 1 broke (we didn’t report or request replacement prior to leaving though) no ceiling light is second bedroom, very tight fitting. Windows do not actually lock, so could easily be opened from outside. Check in was easy, very responsive & in timely manner. Lots of games & movies for entertainment for kids. Pool was nice & clean. Pet friendly, though some pet damage from previous guests noted to blinds.
