Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children. AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age. DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In. AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. The condo is spacious, tastefully decorated, quality furniture: comfy beds, living room and deck furniture, and the kitchen is very well-stocked for cooking. The owners did not skimp on this rental. Condo was perfect! Beautiful location and view. Saw dolphins and stingrays daily from balcony and Sea turtles from the pier! We even got to watch one of the sea turtle nests hatch. The beach was quiet and the water was beautiful! Umbrella rental was onsite but not necessary as the condo owners had beach chairs and an umbrella. What a nice surprise! The condo was extremely clean. Condo owners thought of everything. I don’t regret this last minute stay in Navarre in any way! I really struggle to find any negative. The property manager gave us a phone number to call or text if we needed anything as well to notify them when we left on check out. It’s a very small detail to mention and the only thing I can see for improvement. When we called to report one of the recliners on the balcony was bent/broken (didn’t want them to think we did it), no answer. The same on checkout and no reply to the text. We really needed nothing so it did not affect our stay whatsoever as there was plenty of seating on the balcony! ##### Melissa D. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. It is one of our favorites in the 30 years we have come to Florida. It is right on the beach. It is, also, in walking distance to the Navarre Pier. We walked the pier every day and saw a lot of sea life, including sea turtles, dolphins, and manta rays. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Barry S.
