### Oceans 20 - A beautiful property located is the Quaint community of The Villages of Navarre

Oceans 20 is a beautiful newly built property located is the Quaint community of The Villages of Navarre. The property boasts a tranquil scene of the Navarre Sound with dock access for fishing, gazing, morning walk with coffee or an evening gaze at the beautiful sunset.  
  
Navarre beach is just a short walk across the boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico for a day filled with fun in the sun! Nearby family-friendly attractions include the Gulf Breeze Zoo, Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and Navarre Family Water Sports Adventure Complex. There is also a man made reef for snorkeling and a Kayak launch should you decide to bring kayaks along or rent them.  
  
Once you climb the steps to the entry you will find a beautifully decorated, spacious home with five king beds and a bunk room that sleeps 5\. The home itself will sleep 15 people. 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms allows guests to have their own private space. Each room has a streaming television. The living room houses 3 comfortabe sofas with room for everyone to relax in the evenings.  
  
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The dining room table seats 10 with additional seating at the bartop or the small workspace located along the wall adjacent to the table. This space can be used as a workspace or seating for additional space.  
  
There is a propane grill located at the property for outdoor grilling.  
  
Oceans 20 is within just a few miles of several popular restaurants, including Juana’s Pagodas, The Slippery Mermaid Sushi Bar, Samurai Japanese Steakhouse, Dewey Destin’s, and Johnny Huston’s Grille and Bar.  
  
\*Parking - The garage area will hold 2 vehicles, with room for 4 in the driveway. PER HOA RULES: Vehicles are not permitted on the street, including but not limited to boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis. No RV's , trailers, jet ski's etc are allowed in the driveway For your convenience, a public parking area is located along the main road of Gulf Blvd. for parking these items.  
  
\*\*As this home resides in a private community with permanent residents, guests should abide by community rules, including parking, noise, trash, pool use, etc.  
  
Book your stay at this Scenic Stays property today and create lasting memories in this coastal paradise. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.  
  
A starter kit of amenities are provided for the first 24 hour period. Paper Towels, Roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, travel size bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities such as dishwasher pod, detergent etc. along with a washing machine Pod

#### Great Getaway 

This property is just a short walk from the beach. It accommodated our whole family. Each room has its own on sweet bath. Everyone was able to gather in the main living area. Great kitchen with large island. We would definitely book again.

#### Great house in a great location! Would definitely recommend! 

Had a range of adults and teenagers so the open kitchen with a large dining table and living room was perfect. Each room having a bathroom made life so much easier. Great location across the street in walking distance from the beach and even some fun ice cream and coffee shops. Very easy to check in, keep clean, and enjoy a relaxing yet fun vacation!

#### Wonderful Home

This was a spacious house with plenty of room to accommodate our family. The spacious kitchen was fantastic. The quiet neighborhood was a plus and made for a relaxing stay away from our daily grind. The short walk to the gulf made enjoying the beach and the waves a pleasure. We highly recommend Ocean 20.

#### Great week!!

Plenty of rooms, lots of bathrooms, and tvs. Only complaint would be each bath room needs two rolls of paper, then we could buy but more, after 2\. Salt and pepper should be left for guests. We enjoyed our visit!

#### Super clean, love this home!

Our group of 8 adults and 3 small children loved this home. Everyone had their own king bed and private bath which is a great plus! The home had plenty of room for all of us with no problems whatsoever. It was very close to restaurants, beach access on the bay and gulf. We would definitely stay here again!

#### WONDERFUL HOME!!

Everything was perfect!! The stairs will get you if you aren't in the best of shape, lol! Overall the home was clean and very welcoming. The information manual that is provided helped us to navigate with activities and restaurants!! Definitely will rent again if we're in the area!

House is as described. New and clean. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Guest services were responsive to our needs. Walk to the beach could get tiring especially carrying kids stuff. Boardwalk across the road made the walk easier.

#### Large family get away in Navarre Beach 

House was just as described, clean, spacious, new. Bedrooms were large as was each bathroom. Nice to have an en suite for each bedroom. The walk to the beach if you’re carrying lots of kid stuff is a haul. Would be nice if the neighborhood invested more in the neighborhood pool. Small, 4 ft deep, water got warm and kind of murky.
