At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children. AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age. DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In. It had all we needed as far as kitchen supplies and utensils. The beach was wonderful and not nearly as crowded as we are accustomed to in June at other locations. We enjoyed being able to walk to a couple dinner locations with ease. Additionally, being able to store our beach items such as chairs, wagons, etc. down on the first floor was GREAT and made heading out to the water so much easier. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.
