We were three generations deep, and everyone had private areas. Being on the bayside, we were so lucky to enjoy the calmer waters, dock, and backyard space, while the Gulfside experienced a few Red flag days and a couple of Purple flag days (jellyfish). The quiet gated neighborhood is a plus, and the walk to the Public Beach Access was an easy stroll. Oh, and Dolphins were seen from the balcony, too! ##### Steve and Gig F. The property is spectacular, the location phenomenal, only issue we had was property immediately next door was being remodeled. Heavy equipment littered the front and could be heard and seen all week long while we tried to enjoy such an amazing property.
