WELCOME to La SeaEsta! Your perfect retreat to play, work, and relax, located just 3 miles from the white sands of Navarre Beach. This home offers a little bit of everything for everyone, from digital nomads to families on vacation. PET FRIENDLY (WITH APPROVAL) Read PETS section at the bottom of listing or in the house rules. The Space Step into a cozy and inviting open-plan home. The living room features comfortable seating, a fireplace, a big-screen Smart TV with an AT&T TV subscription (90+ channels), and a classic 12-in-1 arcade game for endless fun. The space also includes a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra guests. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, with bar seating for two. The dining table seats four, with additional bar seating in the living room. The back door leads to a private, fenced-in yard with a patio, pergola, outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill—perfect for an evening barbecue. Our home offers three comfortable bedrooms: Primary Suite: Unwind on a new premium adjustable king-size mattress. This room includes a quiet work desk with a high-speed ethernet connection, a walk-in closet, and a Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is a private oasis with a garden tub, separate shower, and his-and-her sinks. Second Bedroom: Features a new adjustable queen mattress and a Smart TV. Third Bedroom: Furnished with a new bunk bed and mattresses, perfect for kids or additional guests, and includes a Smart TV. Getting Around While a car is recommended to explore the wider area, our central location puts everything at your fingertips. For a change of scenery, four other beautiful beaches - Destin, Fort Walton, Okaloosa Island, and Pensacola, are all within a 45-minute drive. The heart of Destin is 23 miles away, and the stunning Gulf Islands National Seashore is just 18 miles from your door. The place was just right for us. Minutes to the beach and not far from the National seashores. The place was very clean and was well equipped to enjoy being in the house, cook a meal, or a trip to the beach. We loved the fence in yard and was able to play ball with our 11 year old daughter. Nice touch on Pacman arcade game! It allowed my wife and I to share a childhood favorite with our daughter. We are very fortunate to have been able to stay at La SeaEsta! ##### Ronic L. We also wanted to bring our beloved Aussie mix dog. We chose this property because it had a nice fenced yard for her plus offered all the comforts of home for us--including a high chair and fun toys for our grandson. We also had a visit for a few days from my cousin and hubby. The home was plenty big enough for all of this. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We cooked several meals and found all we needed. We also used the outdoor grill, and sat outside on the patio every day. The beds were very comfortable, and the area is quiet (except for military testing at times), so we slept great.We appreciated all of the beach chairs/toys provided, and Navarre Beach is 5 minutes away and beautiful. We also enjoyed the shore side drive between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach, including the dog beach along this stretch with our furry child. We had some great meals at Pensacola Beach (Peg Leg Petes & Flounders), and in Pensacola at the Fish House.The neighborhood is nicely kept, and we enjoyed taking our dog for walks. She was entertained by a few neighborhood cats along the way. The house was great for us, because we could host our daughter, son-in-law and 20 month old grandson when they visited from Fort Walton Beach. Communication with the homeowner was simple and prompt. The house was very clean. It was in a great location not right on the beach so you’re not dragging in tons of sand but super close to everything. Bonus we were truly surprised by all of the amenities they had offered in the home like beach toys, standup paddleboard‘s boogie boards Bicycles, beach carts, ice chests they even have a little baby wetsuit for infants. Had we known they had all of that stuff there we could’ve left half the stuff we brought at home! They had one of the best stocked kitchen as far as kitchen, utensils, dinnerware, etc. and any house we have ever stayed at , they had games and movies in the closet. They also have a video game arcade console which we made you serve quite a bit. They have a cute little coffee bar set up in the dining room, fully stocked with coffee‘s TVs snacks, etc. and this is the first house we have ever stayed in where things like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies etc. were pre-stocked in the house of course any re-purchased we also left behind for the next guests, we will definitely be re-booking this property ##### Renee M.
