Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

The house was nicer than the photos can show. We had 17 people from 16 to 50 years old and there was still room to spare. There are alot of stairs but the elevator made it easy to get from floor to floor. We fished in the channel by the pool. The beach was about a 1 block walk to the public access . The house had chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards and a cart to pull it all to the beach. Very very impressed with the house. Cant wait to do it again.

#### Multi-generation Family Vacation!

This was our first time to stay in Navarre, but it will not be the last! The house is amazing! The five bedrooms with their own bathrooms! The powder room and downstairs bathroom for pool, outdoor shower were a bonus. The bunk room was amazing. When it listed how many fridges there were I admit I was confused but they thought of everything. From a pool, multiple decks, game room, elevator it was everything you could need or want for a vacation. We rented the golf cart for the week and I highly recommend doing so, it is street legal and can be drove down the seawall and to drop someone right off at the close beach access with all of the beach supplies provided. The only suggestion we have is it would be nice to have a broom somewhere in the house. There was a very small vacuum that had a piece broke off of it when we arrived and we went and bought one and left it for other guest to use. It was a perfect place to stay. We will be back! PS: only negative of the whole trip was the 6:00 a.m. banging of construction next door every morning. Not the owners fault and most likely will end soon.

Very impressed with this property. Very clean and plenty of room for our family. Loved the pool and all of the beach equipment provided. Also, pleanty of activities for a rainy day.

#### Wow! House is Fantastic!

The house exceeded all expectations, they thought if everything and more when the furnished and equipped the house. Very clean, 4 refrigerators (2 up and 2 down), easy to get everywhere. We loved the bunk room and all the king rooms with everyone having their own bathroom. We will absolutely stay here again.
