Sweet Alice's! Welcome to Sweet Alice’s Sandcastle, a freshly transformed end-unit townhome with stunning Gulf views, room for 13 guests, and all the comforts of a relaxing beach retreat. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and brand-new everything—from hardwood flooring and carpeting to all the beds, decks, and a private beach cross-over—this home is a true coastal gem. Step inside to find a light-filled great room with panoramic views of the Gulf’s sparkling waters. The open-concept living space offers plenty of seating for your group to gather around the flat-screen TV, play games, or just unwind and listen to the waves. The kitchen is spacious enough for multiple cooks and features a breakfast bar that seats four, with a large dining table nearby for meals and memories. On the main floor, you’ll also find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a twin, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry area. Head upstairs to the Gulf-front primary suite, complete with a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and a private balcony where you can sip your coffee while watching pelicans soar by. Down the hall are two more large, bright bedrooms—each with two queen beds and their own flat-screen TVs. A third full bathroom is just steps away. The brand-new dune cross-over makes it a breeze to head straight from your back door to the sand with all your beach gear in tow. After a day on the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, fire up the gas or charcoal grill, and relax on one of your two beachfront decks. There’s parking for up to four vehicles, and everything you need to make beach days easy and comfortable. This is a non-pet-friendly home. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and events are not permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. We found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The upstairs master bedroom gets very hot with the curtains open. It wasn’t until the day before we left that I found an upstairs thermostat. Paper towels and tissue paper are very thin—bring better quality if you want. Towels are scratchy. Otherwise, everything was very nice. We only had 8 people in 3 bedrooms. If it were a full house, the main living area and kitchen would be crowded. No plastic cups or dishes suitable for children. Plenty of plates, glasses, and mugs, but limited bowls. No microwave cookware, but I used glass mixing bowls. There were a few children’s things underneath at ground level that we were able to use, but otherwise there is nothing for children—no travel beds, no toys, one book. If you’re bringing children, bring all you’re going to need. No beach towels. The water was loaded with algae for several days and we saw several jellyfish. Heed warning flags. The boardwalk to the beach is very handy. The beach itself has a bit of a drop off down to the water. Water level beach is slanted, not flat. There’s a nice sandbar not too far out. Water cleared up after several days and then looked like you’d expect. We were there middle September. We had the house for six nights. There were 1000 in added taxes and fees. Be aware of that as you look at prices. The location is amazing and the beach is beautiful! So many dolphins!! The condo had everything needed to cook and plenty of room for all of us to sit together n eat. There were some sand toys for the kids but NO beach chairs which we just purchased at Walmart. No big deal. The ice maker in the fridge did not work but the owner responded quickly and sent a technician. Unfortunately a new ice maker had to be ordered. Totally not their fault. They are very responsive and so nice!! We have stayed in many places in Navarre as we visit every year and I have to say, we will definitely be staying here again!! Beautiful views great beach access and family friendly. Decks and walkways have been replaced since our last visit and they are wonderful!! Could use more cookware such as another big skillet, griddle and definitely need dish rags and pot holders. We had plenty of room for our family of twelve! Electric outlets, 2 toilets became clogged, big temperature difference in rooms, no protection from the sun on the porch ( had to purchase a big umbrella) appliances broken (again had to buy a coffee pot). The porch and the walkway to the beach is hazardous. We had a few people get splinters. Could've been worse with the protruding nails. There's alot more but these are just the things from the top of my head. 5th year we've rented down here in the last 7 years and never had problems close to this. Money isn't the issue but this is also by far the most we've paid. Not ideal for the cost ##### Michael F. Right on the beach - beautiful water - sunsets! The rental was perfect for all us gals 60+. Blue Moon took a call for a small item like hangers and Emily was there in 10 minutes. It lived up to our expectations and beyond. It was clean, comfortable and just the right size for our family of 8 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen that we have ever had at a vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Overall, we would definitely stay at Sweet Alice’s again if ever we want to return to Navarre. ##### Jane R. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bed linens and bath towels were fresh. It is nicely furnished and roomy. We especially enjoyed the view from the deck. However, if anyone has mobility issues, this home would be difficult for them. Since it is built on stilts, there are steep steps to get to the first floor. We (the grandparents) were glad there were others to carry the luggage and groceries. Even with that help, we found the steps difficult. ##### Linda D. Beautiful views of the ocean and easy access down to the beach. The seashell collecting was amazing, and we were able to see dolphins swimming while we sat on the back deck.
