The runoff pool behind was a bit yucky. One toilet didn’t turn off. The toilet paper roll fell off the cabinet when trying to get toilet paper. The bathtubs didn’t drain well, so we stood in gross water while trying to get cleaned up. The sliding glass door wouldn’t open on its tracks. One of the chairs on the porch had a broken slat so you couldn’t sit in it. When walking on the floor, our feet turned black. The price we paid was already more than others in the area, and when all the fees were added, it made the price way more than it was worth. ##### Christie N.
