This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom Beach Front townhome has 2 large decks over looking the white sandy beaches and emerald surf of Navarre Beach. No flights of stairs to climb, take the private elevator from ground to third floor. The second floor main living area has double sliding doors that open to a large spacious deck with plenty of deck chairs and table. The custom kitchen features, granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances (Jenn Air and Kitchen-Aid), convection and microwave multi-feature ovens, walk-in pantry, blender, mixer, bread maker, toaster, coffee pot and coffee bean grinder. Full size laundry room with W/D and large sink. Also large screen TV’s in each bedroom, WiFi Internet Access. The home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, large bath and spacious walk-in closet. There is an extra fridge in the storage under the house, and that was so helpful to have! The kids loved the paddle board and the beach furniture was in great condition!
