This is not the typical rental house. This is our second home and you will feel at home the moment you walk in.

Our home was custom designed and furnished. It has incredible views from the 30 windows and 6 porch/deck areas. We are only 600' from the public beach access. Please note that none of the amenities in the home are guaranteed due to the coastal environment and damage from previous renters. We do our best to keep everything in tip top shape, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.  
  
4 bedrooms, each with a private full bath. 3 one the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. The kids room has triple bunk beds, sleeping 6. There are also 2 queen bed bedrooms and 1 king. The entire 3rd floor is handicapped friendly, (not ADA compliant). The elevator accesses the 1st (ground) 2nd and 3rd floors.  
  
The ground (1st) floor is the parking area and barbecue patio. There are 2 covered parking spaces under the home, plus room for 4-6 more vehicles in the driveway. This is not in an HOA, so campers, boats and trailers are welcome. You can fit a golf cart perfectly under the entry stairs, should you choose to rent an extra one. There is a covered patio with a charcoal barbecue off the back. The elevator is on this level as well.  
  
On the second floor are 3 of the bedrooms. A king master bedroom with a private deck (Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea while watching the sunrise), a queen front bedroom with views of the Gulf, and a bunk bed room that sleeps 6. The master bath has a custom built walk in shower with massage panel & large soaking tub. The game room is also on this floor, with TV, multi game table (Foosball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, etc.). Wii video game console with Rock Band and an Asteroids video machine for kids of all ages. The sundeck and hot tub is off the back of the game room.  
  
On the third floor you will find another master bedroom with a queen bed. Wheelchair accessible doorways and floorplan are on this level. Perfect for anyone with limited mobility. However we are not fully ADA accessible, just handicapped friendly. You can not roll a wheel chair into the shower. But we have handrails and a seat for the shower and hand rails in the toilet area in the bathroom. The third floor also contains the main living area. A well equipped kitchen, living room with big screen TV and dining area that seats the whole family. Both the second and third floors have large front porches perfect for enjoying the gulf views and sounds of the surf. Off the back is a screened in bar area with stairs up to the roof deck.  
  
Our fourth level is the 450 Sq ft. roof deck. (It is not accessible by the elevator). 360° views of Navarre Beach from here. It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset, sunrise and the stars at night. If you are lucky enough to get a rental during New Year's or 4th of July, you'll see the fireworks throughout Navarre from here.  
  
This is custom designed and built home. Floor to ceiling cabinets, Quartz counters, high end appliances, custom walk in tile showers with seats and massage panels, 12' ceilings, custom built outdoor bar and a beachy décor.  
  
Public beach access is just 600 feet away. The home includes beach toys, towels, umbrellas, chairs and a beach cart to tote it all in.  
  
We are pet friendly. There is a large dog crate and 2 baby gates are provided for your use.  
  
An adult of 25 years or older is required to book and be present during your entire stay. (Sorry college students). As we have resident neighbors we do not allow parties at this home, but can assist you with great local rentals venues on and around the island should you be looking for such.  
  
We require a $500 cash deposit as well as the $99 VRBO/Home Away Damage protection insurance policy. This is because we have discovered that the insurance will not cover damages unless the renters admits to it. This is our dream home and we want you to treat it as such. If there are damages (accidents happen), just report it to us and we will claim it on the insurance and refund your deposit. We ask that you rinse and remove sand from all items and people before entering the home. We also request that you do not rearrange our furniture or personal decorations. (Believe it or not, this has happened).  
  
Feel free to check our condo on the beach, VRBO #1014623, if you are looking for a smaller venue or additional space. It sleeps six and is located 2 miles up the road.

This home was perfect for my whole family. It was very beautiful and clean with plenty of room for ‘n l me everyone. The beach access was close and convenient. Navarre has become our favorite family vacation destination because it is peaceful and relaxing without big crowds. The owners were very kind and available when we needed to get in touch with them. When we visit Navarre in the future I hope to stay here again!

The location of the property is amazing! Short distance to the beach. You can walk or take the golf cart provided. Enjoy the views from the top deck or get some good sun. Had everything we needed. Had a little issue with the fridge but the owners took care of it as soon as we let them know. Stairs were a little taxing especially if you’re cooking on the grill and need something from the kitchen, but they do have an elevator for that as well. Loved our stay and would book again! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! We have been coming to Navarre for many years and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in, extremely clean, well taken care of, and all the cookware you need for eating in. This home is exactly as advertised and is very spacious for larger groups. We had the pleasure of being at this home for July 4th and the view of the fireworks from the top is spectacular! Jennie is so kind and kept an open line of communication with us during our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to return again!

This house was perfect for our family of 11! It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy making memories at the beach. The hosts responded right away to our questions. It’s only a short walk to the beach and they even provide a gold cart to help get heavier items to the beach. We enjoyed the extras like beach chairs and beach toys. If we ever come back with a large group again we will definitely choose this house again.

This is a beautiful home that has about everything you need for your family to enjoy their time at the beach. The hosts have provided so many amenities that make the stay so easy. The kitchen was wonderfully furnished for cooking at home. There were beach chairs and toys --and a golf cart to make the trek there easier! It was just a fantastic place to stay!

Of our 7 trips to the area, this property is the best we have stayed in! It is super well managed and has all the amenities you would expect in your own home. The view from the roof deck is amazing and provided a spot to chill for many. The outdoor bar deck was used every night and there was never trouble finding a comfortable space! The game room was also a great spot. The kitchen was ready for any kind of cooking desired!The communication was great and the care shown by the owner was nothing we have seen before. Will definitely stay again!!!

#### Beach Therapy is the perfect name for this house.

This house was perfect to stay in for us and our friends family. It really is the perfect compliment to being at the beach. The elevator is so convenient and we didn't realize how much we would be using it before we got there. The house is beautiful on the outside and inside. The layout is really very functional and organized. The lights are labeled which you don't think about needing but it is so helpful and time saving to have. There are so many balconies to sit on that everyone can sit out on their own or together. The deck on the roof is the best view and it's seemed very safe even being up that high. There's really so many great things about this house. We for sure will be looking at staying here again next time we come down.

Took my 4 adult children, and my two grandchildren to the beach for my 55th birthday. The house is lovely and has anything you could possibly need. These hosts have thought of everything! We loved this property. We have been coming to Navarre for 20+ years and this is by far the best house we've stayed at. It is well stocked and the hosts are so welcoming for you to use their things. The kitchen was well kept; the hosts do not skimp on quality like so many other rentals. We made sure to buy more staples and leave them for the next visitors. The amenities are incredible. We loved sitting out on the back deck and eating our breakfast. The golf cart is such a treat to be able to zip to and from the beach access; with kids it made it so much easier to go back and forth. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed and the little touches went such a long way. My two kids (6 and 3) loved their bedroom and we were close enough they felt comfortable sleeping by themselves. The elevator was such a nice addition for my aging mother and law and honestly for everyone. It was such a breeze after the beach to just load all of our stuff on the elevator and send it up where we unloaded it right in the kitchen. The house matches the pics exactly. This is a new mom's dream home. It had baby equipment, things to help make the stay enjoyable, and really set up for group success. Our group ranged from 70+ to 3 years old The hosts were incredible. They were easily accessible and answered every question I had in detail. You can tell how much pride they take in the guest experience and things were just so smooth and easy, which is exactly what I want on my vacation.

Absolutely loved the house, the location and all the beach amenities. And 4th of July on the roof will always be a special memory for all of us. Could see fireworks everywhere we looked. The kids took full advantage of the game room and the beach. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend this beautiful home!
