Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 2 queen sized beds in the second bedroom, and 1 king sized bed in the third bedroom/ensuite. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender. Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Remarkably clean with everything you need. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella made the stay even better! Balcony was my favorite place! Pool was clean and large. Highly recommend and plan to stay again at this property. Does not have bathroom at pool so have to go up to condo. Management company sent parking and building details for west tower when we were in the east. So we had to take carts and luggage to the other tower with my 80 year old mother in law. Nice privacy between rooms and bathrooms. The pool was magnificent with lots of pool furniture along with great outside showers. We liked luggage carts, fast elevators, and loading/unloading area. Nice covered parking with lots of space. Very quiet property. Good communication with resort personnel. Only wish there were bathrooms by the pool. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of 8 (five adults and 3 kids). We ate meals in the condo most days. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom and bath are phenomenal! The other rooms are a little small. One of the balcony handle broke off the first time we went to use it. It was stuck open. I called the manager, she said the maintenance person was ill. Quiet area of town and amazing beaches. Would come stay here again! It was exactly as pictured and very clean. DREAMY view of the ocean and sunrise. Linda was very helpful and worked with me through all my questions and concerns. I had a concern after reading another review that the elevator may be out, so I messaged and brought up that I’m 6 months pregnant with a 1 year old and was worried about climbing 15 stories every time we went out. She offered last minute to move us to the west building if I was concerned about it. We ended up taking our chances with this unit and so glad we did because both elevators were back to working order! Just great customer service and amazing stay, highly recommend! ##### Christianna P. Of the two elevators for this building, one was completely inoperable for our entire stay. The other was in and out of service for the first several days of our stay.
