Immerse yourself in magnificent views of the imposing Montardo from this duplex, specifically designed for families, located in the picturesque Pleta de Artíes. From the moment you step through the door, you will be greeted by a perfect combination of alpine style and modern comforts.  
  
As we enter this residence, a small foyer leads us to the main floor of the duplex. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly integrates with the spacious dining area. Adjacent to it, the cozy living room, bathed in abundant natural light streaming through the windows, creates a warm and luminous ambiance. From here, access to a terrace awaits, offering breathtaking views of the majestic Montardo.  
  
From the living room, a hallway takes us to the sleeping area: a room furnished with two comfortable single beds (80x180cm), a shared bathroom with a bathtub, and the master bedroom, featuring its own en-suite bathroom also equipped with a bathtub.  
  
Ascending the staircase that begins at the main foyer, we discover an open space on the upper floor. There, two single beds await, surrounded by a workspace or study area with a spacious desk. A bathroom equipped with a bathtub completes this private area.  
  
The duplex includes a covered parking space in the same building, and during the winter season, it also offers an additional parking space and a convenient ski storage locker in Val de Ruda, located at the foot of the slopes.  
  
This apartment boasts a privileged location in the heart of the village, providing easy access to all amenities and services. Pleta de Artíes is a charming residential area nestled in the center of Artíes village. Its central location allows for convenient access to all the amenities and services the village offers, while its peaceful surroundings provide a refuge of serenity and tranquility.
