It says "air conditioned" but you will not be cool. It says BBQ but you won't be using that filthy ten yr old tiny cheap thing. It says"wifi" but you won't be able to get it to work. It says TV but we had to call for a repair. The house seemed like a fire trap. 37 Nauset Rd. is a dirty tear down shack, and the Realty company...
