"Arrived unable to access apartment due to construction going on which we were unaware of. The area in front of the access door was completely blocked by contractors vehicles with wire fence and orange tape. After making enquires it was ascertained this was the access to apartment, on entering with our bags we had to make our way through dust construction debris and 8-10 workman carrying bucket loads of construction material which they were emptying on their truck parked outside the apartment...

"We arrived at 10:30pm after a long day of travelling. The building had a lock box to enter. It is being renovated. The entrance is filled with dust, buckets etc. when we go up the stairs to our unit and open the door an older women and lady are staying in the hallway. "Decent good location. My experience was the building is going a through top to bottom renovation so shouting workers, power tools and hammering starts at 7:30 going all day. I also had a problem with a malfunctioning lock keeping me out of the apartment for a couple of hours, owner didn't pick up the phone which I had to borrow. "Centrally located within short walking distance of dining, waterfront, arts, and grocery. It is in City Center but not ZTL. Very clean and well-maintained apartment with updated appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer). There is AC and heat, with double doors opening to a balcony to take in coastal breezes. A small, reliable elevator takes you to the upper floors. If driving, limited parking is available in front of the building, but is often occupied. The area is very busy, and fortunately there is secure, private parking in a garage around the corner. An assigned spot is issued in your welcome packet together with electronic key pass and mapped directions provided by Le Terrazze. There is a daily parking fee for this service, but well worth it for first time visitors. This property is an efficient and well-run operation with all aspects taken into consideration. Communications are responded to quickly and consicely in Italian and English via text. Lobby reception is open until 1pm, with keyless entry required otherwise. As a first-time visitor I was very pleased with my stay and am already considering a return visit in the near future. Highly recommended. "
