"I had higher expectations but probably I shouldn’t. The hotel is good, well located, well decorated and furnished. However the bed was not confortable, the window keeps blowing cold winter air that makes your sick. When raising the issue that the house keeping did not do the vacuuming of the floor, the staff did not believe me and then she was trying to find excuses like « maybe your room is not organized so the cleaning personnel couldn’t do the floor vacuum.. », or « if you want floor cleaning you should put the room cleaning sticker on the door » which of course we did, besides we did well organise the room and it was the room cleaning day anyway… That was truly disappointing even though the cleaning personnel were really nice and smiling."
