« Lovely house in close proximity to Donington Race Track Co-op near by, easy to grab a taxi or bus Nice and clean, cosy and spacious. Quiet neighbourhood Parking is a bit tricky, off street parking is available first come first serve. »

« We really enjoyed staying at this property for two nights the only positive criticism is the WiFi password we could not use it but all in all everything was excellent »

« We came to Matlock with the kids and grandkids from Canada, to show them their roots! The house was just perfect. A perfect spot for family and friends to visit, and we were within walking distance of shops, pubs, and a park. Daniel was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing time, and it was hard to leave! »

« Booked this location as we were going to a festival, the manager of the property never got in touch for getting us into the property we were asked to wait until 4pm on the day we were meant to be checking in. 4pm rolls on no contact and told theyd issue a refund. Still havent recieced one had to find new accomodation for 7 people on the day of the festival. Shocking. Will never be using them again. »

« Great location right on the River Trent and pretty centrally located. Really nice property with everything you need. Also has two parking spaces which is great for Nottingham City. »

« Wir haben drei Nächte in dem Apartment von Nicolas verbracht. Nachdem wir anfangs nichts von ihm gehört haben, hat der Check In dann doch geklappt.Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist neu mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind schlicht, aber schön und mit gutem Betten ausgestattet. Es gab keine Gläser, Nicolas hat noch am gleichen Tag uns die Gläser vorbeigebracht, sehr hilfsbereit. Leider entspricht der Außenbereich überhaupt nicht dem Foto, der ist...
