There were no towels in the room and I had to go get them from the front desk. The wash sink was getting clogged, the A/C was dripping water and the water went all over the room by the time I returned from outside. One of the reasons we chose the place was because it was a Ramada. The room had a strong odor which took awhile to get rid of. The traffic and party noise was loud and there was an issue with the drain initially not working. The staff was very helpful, courteous and dealt with drain problem. This time l was disappointed. The Laundry towels were not available when we arrived. The towels did not arrive till the next day. The booking into our room was slow. We had to go through the process again when the person dealing with the booking walked out of the room. The floor was dirty it obviously had not been cleaned. There was no Bar facilities and restaurant facilities they were both closed throughout our stay. The under floor car park needed a clean up trash was on the floor. We understand there was a problem getting good staff the impression was they werenot well paid. The aircon was very noisy it obviously needs some maintenance. I liked the parking structure. The guest attendant, Reggie, had some issues with his hygiene (bad dandruff and visible scars, probably from eczema, on his arms). The room had nice new flooring, but everything else was average.
