It has a ceiling fan, split system A/C and heating unit and closet. 🛌 Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and closet. 👩‍🍳 The kitchen is large, open and spacious and looks out onto the dining area and living room, perfect for entertaining. It comes with a gas range, fridge, toaster, microwave and dishwasher and also has a split system A/C and heating unit. ☕️ Keurig coffee machine and an initial supply of coffee pods, tea and sugar provided, too! 🧺 Washer and dryer (bring your own detergent) are on-site. 🌳 Perhaps the best part is the outdoors though! There are steps leading down to the property that could be difficult for some, or for loading/unloading, but certainly do-able. Beds were very comfortable. The view is wonderful and it was not a noisy area. There are two units on the property, but the other unit was occupied by a very pleasant person and it is otherwise private. Had an issue with one of the mini splits but property manager responded very quickly and had someone on site to resolve promptly the next morning. Close to everything, it seemed.
