Our bathroom had per on the toilet and it stunk like pee as well It also smelled like cigarettes and the room floor was filthy

Mostly workmen in utility trucks, which took much of the parking. Light above bath sink did not work, making shaving and makeup application pretty problematic. Breakfast was good and included juice, coffee, sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Front desk person was cordial.

They had ROACHES!!!! The room was cleaned and everything, but once we turned off some of the lights, baby roaches started coming out then adult roaches started to. So, my mom called the front desk and told them about it.. asked for another room. And it was no hesitation, she moved us to another room. That room didn’t have roaches though. I’ll never stay there again. Ew

The room was quiet and conducive to the rest we needed. Breakfast was nothing great but standard for the type hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with the exception of the Grand-daddy long leg spider and its web in the bathroom. I would stay again.

We left after the first night. Just rotten people to deal with, and it took an hour to check in, had to switch rooms, and they blamed Expedia for a lot of it. Charged us for the second night even though we checked out at 930am. Again, they blamed Expedia again. Told us using 3rd party bookings was our biggest mistake, that we had no rights. Virgina at the front desk was the rudest.I have traveled with Expedia for 10 years and never been punished like this before for using your service. We just went home, big disappointment, not to mention lost money.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this property, except that it’s older and the doors open directly to the outside but that is what it is. The lady in the office was super sweet and helpful. Overall a just fine stay to see the Christmas lights in Natchitoches.

I had reservations and it still took awhile to check in. The minute I opened the door to Room 126, it smelled the cat pee! They moved us to a different room. Older motel that has been painted over. Breakfast was decent, but if a group walked in, you had to go ask the front to replenish which took awhile bc there was usually only one person working. Toilet moved when you sat on it. AC is not cold. Just an average stay.

I’d stay again
The beds were really comfy and the free breakfast was really good. They had a good variety of food and the lobby was very clean. The bathrooms were not the cleanest but it was still clean enough to stay the weekend. The beds were clean.

Not a bad place to stay for a quick overnight trip. The pillows were a bit odd (small and square) and the bed a bit lumpy and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall a good value for the area.

Great place usually!!!!
This is the only place i stay when i visit. Its simply convenient for me and the family that i visit.... i have never had an issue here. However this stay was not great. The breakfast was terrible. The lady at the front desk was not willing to keep it up at all. We were a party of 8 with e rooms. Two of us went to get breaskfast at 7 30 ish.... there was fresh food and coffee. Shortly after this , about 9 people showed up. (all from the same party) and completely wiped out the food. We asked if it could be refilled because we still had people to feed .... ahe put out 2 biscuits and 2 sausage patties and a tray of un done eggs. This was at 8 00 ans was told that breakfast was about to be over ... when i told her that i nade my people wait because there was NO room in the lobby i was told ...'sorry'. And as far as the coffee i was told oh its not my problem.... so maybe the lady in the mornings is just a little to comfortable with her job.....

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and sweet as can be. The room was dirty. There was dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The vent in the bathroom had a big gap between ceiling and vent. I stayed two nights and the next day the room was not cleaned. I would have at least expect the thrash to be thrown and fresh towels and wash rags. I really don’t think that the sheets were clean.

The property had kind staff but was very run down. There were various types of bugs in the room, they were not using pest control services. There were dark handprints all over the bath door which badly needed painting. The decor appeared to be forty or more years old. The linens were clean but so wrinkled up. A big disappointment. The tv didn’t work and then a man came to adjust it and got it on but explained that if we ever turned it off it would not turn on again!

It was in a nice location right outside town near gas stations and restaurants. The only downside for us was the air conditioner didn’t cool the room to our liking. Overall the place was great for the price! We’ll stay there again if in the area!

Food on floor in room corner. Does not begin to meet normal hotel standards. Young desk clerk clueless. Could not operate television and desk did not repeatedly answer phone. Asked clerk if we could cancel 3 night reservation, get refund, and find another motel and she said “no”. Left after 1st night. Do not know if partial refund or not.

For a little more money could had much nicer rooms at different hotel chain. Noticed the ceiling in bathroom had water stains and one area where the Sheetrock sagged down from water. There was also water around tub and toilet with no noticeable leaks. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great place.... just do better...
The young lady that was checking people in didn’t want to be there and it was very obvious. She had no desire to help or be nice whatsoever. We always stay here when in town with no problems, this time the only problem was the room cleanliness. I had to move the chair in the room to make room fir things and the STUFF that i found under it was disgusting. Lets not mention the a/c filters.... just wow. The pool is not well maintained either.

Bad coffee.
The coffee pot in the room had a horrible taste to it. The coffee in the breakfast area was even worse. Not much of a breakfast, so we went out to IHOP. Won’t be staying there in the future.

The building was very old and not in good condition. Had I known the rooms only had outside entrances I would not have booked. At checkin, we were not told the breakfast hours, and there was nothing in the room telling us that information. I had to call the front desk to find out the wifi password also. Though outdated, the room was quiet and reasonably clean.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay here. Can't say we will return. Certain elements have remained good, however, the price has risen a bit and the quality has suffered in the past 2 stays. First all rooms are non smoking and pet free. The first room we went into had a very strong smoke odor. There was a dog staying next door. Apparently the front desk was aware of the dog. Ok, well... The next room was not clean. There were 3 very obvious mens shirts right by the heater/air conditioner. Hard to miss. At this point I thought the heck with it. Just dump in the trash and nicely mention it to the front desk on check out. Tried that the next morning. Did not go well. The women at the front desk in trying to troubleshoot was constantly pushing back. The fault was not the staff, but mine. "The room was not ready or due to us moving." "Claimed due to us moving they would have to do more work." "When we also mentioned that parental controls were locked on the TV, again my fault for not calling to fix." I was merely letting them know. She then left it with "some people just can't be pleased."
