We left after the first night. Just rotten people to deal with, and it took an hour to check in, had to switch rooms, and they blamed Expedia for a lot of it. Charged us for the second night even though we checked out at 930am. Again, they blamed Expedia again. Told us using 3rd party bookings was our biggest mistake, that we had no rights. Virgina at the front desk was the rudest.I have traveled with Expedia for 10 years and never been punished like this before for using your service. We just went home, big disappointment, not to mention lost money.
