This was a very enjoyable experience for us. Due to my husbands medical conditions we have not been able to travel much. This was our first vacation rental experience. Everything in the rental was easy to move around and access. With a little help he managed the two steps easily. The kitchen and dining areas were roomy and well stocked with needed items. We enjoyed the smart TV but the ultimate experience was the outdoor sitting area. The stunning view of the river and all the items provided for our comfort and enjoyment was overwhelming. Our grandchildren attending NSU came to hang out with us in between homecoming activities. Our son is a NSU alumni as well. Cane River runs behind it and area was peaceful and beautiful. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s in the past and this was our favorite. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Snack basket and waters were very nice touches. Communication with owners was quick and easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others. ##### Barbara M. We debated staying in town versus on the river and we’re glad we stayed on the river. The place was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our trip.
