"I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. "

"A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? "Grata experiencia vivida en el Hostal Rufus, desde que llegas te dan una cálida bienvenida, te hacen sentir en casa. Diariamente ofrecen un desayuno buffet muy bueno que consta de pan casero, huevos, frutas, cake, yogurt, cereales, café, etc. Sus instalaciones están climatizadas. El hostal se encuentra a 3 cuadras del centro de la ciudad y a 4 cuadras del terminal de buses, está bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son amplias, con clóset y cama cómoda. No le coloco la máxima puntuación por el ruido, ya que están construyendo y además las paredes son tan finas que fácilmente escuchas las conversaciones de tus vecinos. "
