Resort was amazing for a family trip. Pools and Beaches were fantastic. Food and drinks expensive. Everything closes early, wish they had more family entertainment after 7pm.

Property was extremely beautiful but the food and transportation was very very pricey. Staff was great and had good customer service. Room needs to get regularly check before occupieing. But I love the resort

I loved the property, and recommend better signage to the different locations around the resort. I stayed at the Royal Hotel, and I did not know that my bed would not have a comforter. Throw blankets had to be requested, and bottled water was not provided in the room. Those are basic amenities for a high-end property. The security was visible and attentive. The staff was professional and cordial.

It was more than I expected the resort was amazing and so were the rooms. The water park was so much fun and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They have a great gym with new equipment. It was usually busy from 7am to 11am but overall was a great gym. The cost of food in the resort are pretty pricey but it’s like that all over Bahamas.

amazing experience. the only thing that i will comment on is that not all the slides were open. you pay premium price for this and everything should be open . also the bahamian employees are not too nice. only ali the bar in the pool was nice and caring. the rest of the employees were not friendly.

This is our second stay at Atlantis, first stay was at Cove and experience was nice. This time we stay at one of the top levels (kings and queens) suite in Royal towers. Two coffee makers without creamer or sugar just coffee or water. Two refrigerators with nothing inside. Little disappointed since we paid a very good chunk of money for a week. However, employees are very friendly and helpful. I think Atlantis needs to be more accommodating to their top contributors. Just saying.

Stay was comfortable but room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. However, room was cleaned only after it was brought to their staff attention. Hotel was expensive so I expected more thorough cleaning and attention to details.

Beautiful property with so many things to do! We pre purchased the dining plan before our arrival. The dining plan limits you to the places to eat and then adds on items outside the plan. Other than that, everything was excellent. Workers are very customer friendly and helpful. This place compares to Disney World when it comes to customer service.

Atlantis property was great and staff was friendly. Everything is a little slower paced, which we had to get used to and staff always were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, with the access of the water park, pools and Atlantis property the cruise ships have makes it very crowded for actual guests of the Atlantis. Ride lines were very long and no lounge chairs to be found poolside. It would be great if they would let people staying at the Atlantis have a couple of hours in the morning or evening to enjoy the amenities without the cruise ship guests coming in droves and taking the majority of space at the pools and beach areas.

I liked that it was safe and all the sea animal exhibits were amazing. Very clean, great beach and spa. Downsides were enormous! Very few staff were kind. Gues services did not know what was available, just order takers. Rooms were not soundproof so heard adjoining rooms conversations. Restaurants were the worst part. Not enough and when you get a reservation it was rushed, no service and food was meh. All that and gratuity added so you are rewarding the lack of service. Finally if you book with Expedia, you are bottom of the rung for rooms reservations and provided no extras. We spent $20k on the trip for $5k of value. Very disappointing.

We are on vacation for the second time in a row in Royal Atlantis hotel since June 2023 with a boy of 8 years old. Great place for vacations for family with active kids, mostly any age. Very safe, very convenient hotel with a lot of really unique activities with marine animals. Very friendly staff. In a word, only positive reviews and all with the prefix "very". We are going back next year for sure!

Impossible to make a reservation at the restaurants. The food at the Buffet is terrible. The prices are too high. The last day we stayed there were no clean towels at the swimming pools area. Two showers at the Spa didn’t have hot water. The service is too slow everywhere. Never come again
