### Ocean View Penthouse w/ Beach and Resort Access

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located penthouse with beach access. This ocean view condo is tastefully furnished and is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home.  
Features include Smart TV with Cable TV including sports and movie channels along with sound bar and base tube for high-quality enjoyment. There is a selection of board games and coffee table books for tenants to enjoy, along with an Alexa and high-speed internet.  
The space  
The kitchen comes stocked with all the equipment a guest would want during their stay including a large selection of glassware, serving items, Brita water filter and seasonings. There is a selection of electric kitchen equipment, including a coffee machine with filter option or Keurig pods. A selection of coffee supplies will be provided at check-in.  
For the bathrooms hairdryers, bath products, make up removing toilette and plenty of plush towels are available.  
The bedrooms have high quality, comfortable mattresses with memory foam pillows and 500 threadcount sheets and extra blankets.  
There is a laundry cupboard with stacked washer and dryer, along with iron and ironing board. There are also handheld and upright vacuum cleaners.  
Additional features include luxury scented candles and hand wash, dehumidifier, a selection of hangers, alarm clocks with phone connectability, beach towels, beach glassware and a cooler.  
The apartment is connected to a backup generator and the building has an elevator. The penthouse also has a security camera at the door for additional peace of mind.  
Other things to note  
Our little haven is located in sought after Sandyport along the Cable Beach strip with additional amenities such as tennis court and pool, as well as gym, restaurants, cafés, shops, grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store downstairs. Within walking distance are additional shops, restaurants, dry cleaners and larger supermarket. Also take a brief ride to Baha Mar to indulge at one of its restaurants and bar, spend a fun day at the waterpark or shop at their wide selection of boutiques including Tory Burch, Vilebrequin, Cartier, Tiffany & Co and Rolex.
