Very disappointed

Posted 5-Jun-2017
Not very accommodating and never knew which restaurants were closed or open. Put us in the Beach Tower Villas which were disgusting. Wasted 3 hours moving to regular rooms and had asked for one queen and one king room which ended up being both queen rooms.

Nice hotel but no customer services at check out

Posted 5-Jun-2017
Atlantis is very nice and I enjoy myself. Am a late sleeper never leave my room until 12pm everyday. House keeping come to the room early the first day and I tell her to come back later. The next day the same thing happen I tell Ms. Carol Johnson the house keeper who clean are room that we sleep late she could come at 12pm everyday to clean. She start to make noise saying her manager will give her problem if she dont clean her rooms in time. I tell Ms. Johnson I am a house keeping manager to clean all her check out rooms first than come back to clean mine. She get upset and tell me she know how to do her job. I pay Cash at check in and did not put a credit card on file because I was not going to charge anything to my room. I was ask to leave a deposit of $250 just in case I do and on check out I will get it back. My flight was early morning I had a choice to check out from the room or come to front desk. I went to front desk because I had to get my deposit back. I went to front desk at 6:20am to check out no line only me. A man in black suit ask what is my room number I tell him he than check in the computer than make a call. He than tell me the person who in charge of the money just step out can I go to the next front desk to check out which was royal tower and I was at beach tower. I went to royal tower front desk to check out and the young man tell me he dont have any money because he did a big pay out for the morning if I could come back in half hour time. I tell him I ha

Hibiscus Rooms

Posted 3-Jun-2017
Hotel was great, more of a family resort. Pools and beaches within walking distance and awesome. Only thing I didn't like is that certain restaurants closed certain days and they added gratuity aka Tip on everything you purchase. Overall I would recommend.

Food very expensive

Posted 26-May-2017
Pros: beautiful aquarium, nice water park, clean picturesque beach
Cons: price of food and remove automatic 15 percent tipping. Things like ice cream cone at ben and jerrys does not deserve extra automatic tip.
Location: everything is at resort
Beautiful hotel. water park and beach perfect. Food very expensive and quality not that good for what you pay for. bag of potato chips $9.00 buffet $52.00 as an examples.

Excellent hotel, beach, water park and casino.

Posted 18-May-2017
Pros: The decoration and the people were very kind.
I was upgrade from the Beach Hotel to the Royal Tower. Excellent choice. Because I didn't have to walk to much from my Tower to the Casino and the water park. I had a lot of fun on the water park and relax at the pool.

Nice hotel, but food is an issue

Posted 14-May-2017
We had a lovely stay at the Atlantis Bahmas. We stayed at the Beach Tower, which was perfect for us with two small kids. Honestly, some of the other towers are overwhelming. They staff is very nice, though not always as knowledgable as they act and often sent us in the wrong direction. But my one frustration was the food. Especially breakfast. The week we stayed there were No breakfast resturaunts open in the beach or coral Tower. This meant a minimum of a 15 min walk for anything close to a breakfast. There is a Starbucks on site, but not accessible for strollers (or at least so I was told by the staff.)

Atlantis royal tower

Posted 13-May-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: No balcony
Location: A lot of options and excursions. The dolphin encounter at blue lagoon island was well worth it.
Hotel and staff was excellent. Unfortunately we were supposed to stay at the beach tower and when checking in we were told we were upgraded to the royal tower. The royal tower upgrade was a nice hotel and good location, but they gave us the harbor view when we wanted an ocean view. We also had no balcony in the royal tower which we would have had in the beach tower.

Hi Roy, Thanks for choosing Atlantis! We are excited to hear that your time with us was excellent and it sounds like our staff took great care of you. We are also pleased that you enjoyed your time at Dolphin Cay and for those reading this review, opened in 2007 in response to a need to provide a safe haven for 17 stranded dolphins whose home was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, Dolphin Cay is one of the world’s largest open-air, man-made marine mammal habitats. Located on the west side of the Atlantis, Paradise Island property, the 14-acre environment includes an 11-acre lagoon complete with coves and sandy beaches, 7 connected “residential” pools, a state-of-the-art education center, an animal rescue-rehabilitation hospital, an animal pharmacy, a quarantine, and a separate sea lion center.
