Our four Private Apartment Suites, each with a front living room and open kitchen for entertaining your visitors, offer a keyed separate bedroom and laundry, all within your private Suite. Suite #2, a guest favorite, is an ideal place to work and vacation, offering a blend of comfort and functionality. Our location on a quiet street, just 1 block from various excellent restaurants and bars, offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. With two grocery stores & a butcher shop within a half-mile and GEODIS Park-Nashville Fairgrounds just a mile away—home of the Nashville Soccer Club, & Flea Market. The City of Berry Hill, nestled on the edge of downtown, is the hottest real estate in Tennessee, offering a close yet perfectly 2.6-mile journey to Broadway. On our street, many homes have been converted into offices—zoned Mixed-Use; this allows one to openly conduct business from one's Suite. There are 2 parking slots per Suite for guests and visitors off the street, usually with more spaces if needed. For your visitors, Suite #2 has a large private balcony deck upstairs that overlooks GEODIS Park (1 mile) and downtown Nashville (\~2.5 miles). Sit in the shade and enjoy the sunsets. Your Suite also has an office-living room, open kitchen, and front visitor's restroom. Lock away your private area—a large, 4' x 8' keyed-pocket door separates Suite #2's office living room from the private living space. The bedroom has an additional TV, a separate full bathroom, an incredible walk-in closet, and a laundry closet with a washer-dryer and more storage. This separation allows you to share your office-living room with your visitors and co-workers while blocking access to your personal space. Each Suite has a keypad on the front office-living room door, and interior keyed doors to lock off the bedroom and shower/laundry area. For added security, you can deadbolt lock the front door at night and block access to the keypad if you've shared your private code with a co-worker or visitor. If you need additional parking, we're here to assist. Parties over 8 must be prearranged with us for appropriate parking and to ensure no overlapping events with other guests in outdoor spaces. Berry Hill Police will enforce the maximum visitors of 20 per Suite. They patrol our community, know us all, and do a great job keeping us all safe. We're \~2.6 miles away from the heart of downtown Nashville. Rideshares (Uber & Lift) are readily available. You can usually find a rental scooter set along the streets or several rental bicycle racks in town—one close by at Sevier Park on Kirkland Ave. Downtown has several guided sightseeing tours via bus, trolley, tractor & trailer, helicopter, party bus, golf cart, horse & carriage, and more. There are often art galleries & tasting "crawls"—guided walking tours. Parking in Berry Hill is limited but available. Downtown parking lots & garages fill up during significant city events, but slots are usually available. When downtown, for your safety, park in a well-lit area near busy streets where other people are around. Drip coffee makers are provided with 2 flavors of sealed coffee packages—Maxwell House medium dark and dark roast Cafe Bustelo. You may take home whichever package you open if you'd like; open packages will be thrown out. There is also a kettle with green and black tea bags and a few hot chocolates. We also provide 4 organic milk boxes and some munchies. Every kitchen is well stocked with baking and cookware, both casual and nice plates, stemware, and just about everything you'll need to feel at home. Below the kitchen sink, you'll find dish cleaning supplies, including dish soap and dishwasher pods. When you leave, the dish brush, if used, goes into the dishwasher, and the sponge is replaced. Your apartment has a washer and dryer with fragrance-free washer soap. We provide towels and linens, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soaps. The linens for the 2nd bed do not remain in the Suite—during the booking process you can arrange for additional guests and the 2nd bed will be completely setup with your prompted request. +++ The renowned City of Berry Hill (inside Nashville) has over 60 music agencies & recording studios and an efficient police department. It is BETTER than the photos. From the amazing kitchen (full-size coffee pot plus EVERYTHING you need to cook), bedroom (walk-in closet and tons of space to put your things away), a half bath (so nice if you are the one sleeping in the living space), and a REAL bed in the common area. While we didn’t need to use it, there is also a washer and dryer! All the beds were wonderfully COMFORTABLE, the towels are thick and fluffy/blankets and linens are soft and spotless, the unit was fresh and CLEAN, and the porch/deck is private and a perfect spot for a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sun set. Parking is FREE and you get two spaces. Judy is a wonderful host, responds quickly if you have a question, and has put together the perfect place to stay while visiting Nashville! ##### Cassie H.
