Upon our arrival, the host, Kim, did not contact us to confirm that everything was satisfactory during check-in. She later stated that she was there every day after we raised our concerns, but she did not follow up to ensure our comfort. When I inquired how she could have been unaware of the infestation despite having bug repellents plugged in the kitchen and bedroom, she did not provide a response and ceased communication. Considering the circumstances, we found this situation unacceptable. As senior citizens, we paid a significant amount for our stay, yet there was no offer of at least 200 in compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the gnats over four nights, while we were far from home with limited financial resources. ##### samuel s. Easy to get downtown as well as jump on the highway to check out other attractions. Condo was comfy and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Had a chance to meet Kim when checking in. She personally takes care of the upkeep of her condo. Looking forward to our next trip to Nashville. Would stay here again. ##### Jill A.
