Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 bedroom/ tobath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville's best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and the "Mother Church of Country Music,” The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience. The Space: \- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). \- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. \- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. Some coffee, creamer, and sugar are provided. \- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. \- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. \- The Charlesville building is located next an active commercial rail line. The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. My husband and I were there to attend a football game with my son and daughter in-law and her father. There was enough room for us all and the walk was perfect to the stadium and downtown. I own a cleaning business and I have to say this is one of the cleanest places I've stayed in that my team didn't clean . We had a last min issue with needing to accommodate our pup, and the hosts was more than happy to help. Very appreciated or else we would have had to rent another property and not been able to stay with our adult kids and enjoy our time. The beds were so comfy! We did not have a car so we did a LOT of walking and ubering. There are a couple of places nearby that don't necessarily come up on Google - a breakfast spot and a beer/liquor store that are the 2 closest places. It's a 18 minute walk to Broadway where the action is. 14 minutes to Puckett's - a place with food and music that we found to be the closest area with lots going on. The train woke us up one out of 3 nights so not bad, but the people above! Man, they went to sleep after midnight every night sounding like elephants. There are 4 floors and this condo on 3\. The balcony has potential to be a chill spot.Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The condo was clean when we arrived. The building is safe. ##### Lisa O. Did not have to pay for parking and was able to park in a space below the condo.Very impressed by the property manager’s responsiveness—needed to stay an additional night due to a concert that was rescheduled. I contacted her through the Vrbo app. She responded in less than 5 minutes and confirmed that we could stay another night. Very appreciative of her quick response and ease of adjusting our stay.Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville. ##### Mia G. Only thing is the walls are thin and a couple nights the neighbors were up all night. But they weren’t there our entire trip and the rest of the time it was great.
