This spacious home is situated on nearly 2.5 acres, offering ample outdoor space to enjoy during your stay. The Space: You can view a video tour on my YouTube by searching "Hillbilly House Airbnb" A little outside of Nashville, where city life and country life merge. Close to beautiful Fontanel property in historic Whites Creek, with distillery and extensive hiking trails/dog park. There is a tree line located behind you to give you plenty of privacy. It is especially beautiful in the spring and, with trees all around, you can enjoy the changing of the leaves in Autumn. The primary Guest must be 25 years old. 2 - Queen Beds In addition to the beds, a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa is in the den and a queen size futon is located in the living room. Guest Access: The whole house will be yours and the run of the land with it. \*\* We do allow pets there is a pet cleaning fee of $200 Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. This is a totally separate building, approximately 50 feet out back of the main house and practically out of sight. You can view a video tour on YouTube by searching "Hillbilly House AirBnB." ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay applies. Guest Support: My team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions or concerns. For food deliveries, you can use shipt dot com for delivery services. Occupancy and Fees: Maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night. Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly rate if before 11 AM. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability with the following fees: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Party Policy: Strictly no parties allowed. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms gave us extra privacy. Spacious house with two sitting rooms and the kitchen was great. LOVED the veranda - we sat outside every morning with our coffee. BBQ and fire pit was great to have as well. This is only a 20 minute drive to downtown. Only down side is the traffic noise - busy highway so it isn't really quiet. Very clean and all amenities were attentively thought out. The beds were extremely comfortable. It's a very quiet area as it's situated outside of Nashville, but only a 15-20 minute Uber ride to just about anywhere. UberEats was also available as was a grocery store a few miles north, and there's also a grill on site. The porch was a perfect place to sit for morning coffee. Property Manager was quick to answer questions, even on a Sunday. My only complaint would be that the TV room seating could be better. If you're looking for an incredibly well stocked place to sleep, you get two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and a dryer, two living rooms and a camp style fire pit and seating area in the front of the driveway. The driveway fits a few cars and it has a really cute wraparound porch. The downside is is that it's very dated but again if you were expecting a five star hotel of that size for that price, then shame on you. ##### Robert Z. We spent all day downtown, but the Hillbilly Hideaway was a great spot to return to at the end of our long days. The beds were comfy, and the set-up worked great for our needs. My friend and I both brought our teen daughters, so we were each able to take one side of the house to use for our needs.
