Jess and Ty have compiled a very inclusive list of dining, entertainment, and tourism destinations, which make planning your day a breeze. We have travel van - loaded with personal stuff- and felt relieved to have the gated parking literally steps away from the front door of the condo. If you have questions or concerns, Jess or Ty respond in minutes . The neighborhood is a perfect retreat after a night of great dining and music. It is a small, one room apartment but it has some separation of the kitchen area and the bathroom and vanity are separate with door closures. The location in reference to Broadway is very good. It is about a six block walk (some uphill) but nice to have the option to walk. The unit is surrounded by locked gates so provides added security. The owners are excellent communicators. From the reservation process, to the contract, to the security deposit to the check in. All was handled very professionally and they respond to questions very quickly. We will definitely look to come back another time. One final note, both my wife and i worked remotely one of the days and the WiFi was perfect the entire day. ##### Mark N.
